I upgraded my account and their app stated it was still a standard membership. I decided to log out and log back in and this was the worse decision I made as I can no longer log into the app. I try to enter my phone number and its an error. When it does work, it is asking me to create a new account.

When I try the email method, I receive the email to log back in, but this will only work on the internet not the app.

I have written to customer services 3 times and no response from them. In the end, I had to let google play know that I paid for a product and the product does not work.

So many issues I would avoid this app.

This app has tons of fake profiles. Probably through AI. From experience I'd say most of the profiles on this site are fake.

Scam of a company.. I never was a premium member until I saw 6 likes and subscribed.. Hey those 6 likes disappeared pmsl..contacted customer services to be told I had no likes..stay well away fraudulent company 100 percent

They're scammers, they took £249 from my account for Mounjaro 10m when you can literally get it elsewhere at £147. I tried to get my money back, but they won't.
Be careful folks, they will store your bank details and remove money without even letting you know. SCAMMERS

They took my money first before completing the application and then when I tried to get refund they refuse to refund my money and said they will keep my £136 as administration fee if I don't want to purchase medication from them. O had to cave in and place an order or face losing money .

When they get to know your bank details they will charge you most likely for a year or a quarter (if you're lucky). The app itself is useless - a ghost 👻 👻 city with maybe a handful of real people. It's early days yet but my experience with J4Meets.com
has been much better. I will go with the flow and see what happens next, but for now I am happy meeting girls for real (offline) via this platform. When you are a free trial member on Happn, they flood you with computer-generated messages so you think they have a large pool of people. But they just want you to pay for membership. There is no continuation to that correspondence. They don't care what happens after you have paid.

Not good full of scammers , perverts , weirdos and undesirables . As a rule everyone should be verified as a lot of the time people are catfishing using other people’s photos etc . Really awful and embarrassing
Better vetting , the amount of times I have had to report a profile who was using photos of a famous doctor but then discover that person’s profile is back and has the audacity to like my profile again 🤨😒… just scary

I’ve been giving Happn a try, and honestly, it’s a pretty interesting app. I like how it’s different from the typical swipe-based platforms. The idea of connecting with people you’ve actually crossed paths with adds a real-world element that you don’t get on a lot of other dating apps. It’s easy to use, and I’ve come across some great profiles that have made it worth the effort.
Now, if you’re on Happn primarily to find something very casual, like a one-night stand, it can be a bit hit or miss. It works, but it’s not exactly tailored for that kind of interaction. For straightforward, no-strings encounters, something like Yamvoo tends to work like a charm and is a bit more suited to those spontaneous connections.
Still, Happn has a lot of potential, especially if you’re open to meeting people in a more natural, chance-encounter way. Overall, it’s a solid app that’s worth a try, no matter what type of connection you’re after.

Wish I can give it zero stars, what a piece of shit useless app. I refresh my page says there are no new profiles. Scammer infested with catfishers and fake profiles. At least on hily you can talk.to a few girls here on happn either ghost or don't respond tinder and Bumble same way algorithm is terrible. Literally hide your profile unless you pay like thieves!!! Never again!! Save your money folks!!!!

Happn, a French owned dating app/website with a difference in that it is meant to connect people who cross paths a bit like in real life. Not really sure how it works but unfortunately, is falling victim to the same as many other dating sites, a scammers playground of pretty woman matching with you and then wanting to move you off site.

All these apps need to get regulated in my opinion and force person verification as too much fraud and scams occur because of the lack of that.

Not enough people on this in UK but I do like the app but find too many for Scotland located in Edinburgh and seem to be scammers as well they most likely do not even live in the UK so only know the capital.

Like all these apps be aware, do not give out personal info to anyone until you have actually met them in reality if you get lucky enough to get that far.

Illegal dating app!. It's not possible to delete your profile only make it inactive. That's illegal!.
It's also impossible to NOT get advertising notifications!. In settings I marked, ONLY NOTIFY WHEN A PERSON SENT A MESSAGE, but I ONLY got advertising notifications, every single f****** day!..

DON'T USE, THEY ONLY THINK ABOUT MONEY, SELLING YOUR INFORMATION!..

Lots and lots of crypto scams/fraud going on. Steer clear

Too many fake profiles .. happn customer service if there are any don’t give a damn about it. Taking your money , sending out fake profiles.. stay away from it. Go out in the real world to meet your partner instead.

What a piece of junk being the owner or creator of such a rip off pile of snot. I spoze it makes them ill gotten money. In 2024 how are these bottom feeders still allowed to take money for a pathetic attempt of a product? If you buy anything bad or faulty you get refunded or they fix it.im so sick to death of these maggots if I saw them crossing the street, I can't say I'd slow down. One more thing, don't bother trying to contact them, you can't, vermon like this hide down holes
Update! It's actually worse than I first thought, you click explore, a general category 0 profiles come up. So you move to the "hub" the top 3 lists new members
online now and certified. Not a single profile in there,scroll down 3 lists for crossing paths, nothing. The last 3 can have 3 different preferences so that's another 9 lists with, you guessed it ZERO profiles. They boast 155 MILLION MEMBERS! I live in Gold Coast Australia, quite populated with a capital city up the road,im obviously the only Aussie on there. Now I did finally get hold of support with my complaint and not 30 seconds later a profile appears in my crush list, clearly an AI profile, so the company also thinks we're a bunch of moron's as well

Left this app a LONG LONG time ago, yet they are still advertising me as on the app and available. Watch out. Also I cannot log on via webpage to rectify them abusing my pictures or profile. Disgusting behaviour messing with people looking for genuine connections.

Happn used to be a decent app where you could meet real people, but over the past year or two it has degraded to the point where it seems to be nearly entirely fakes and scammers. I have contacted the developers about this and they claim to know nothing about the issue, saying that they take that matter seriously. Obviously, they don’t, and they don’t care about the user experience at all because they have set up an app that is a delivery system for fake profiles. Why would anyone want to spend time on an app that is full of fake profiles?

Another poopy app (most likely owned by the matchbox group. They own alot of dating apps) where you get nothing unless you pay. They're so dedicated to finding you love youust pay for it. Screw these poopy dating apps. And ladies.... Make some effort please

I've been using this app for about 2 years alongside tinder and bumble.
This app regularly crashes, won't let you view the users' profile that message you, loads of blatant scammers, catfish and people who don't respond after sending you a message.
Don't waste your time on this app. Get out there and meet people.
