All was ok except for drop off….this shop cocci market…has strange opening hours, is often closed for no reason. There are two drop offs in my area but only one can be chosen, this one…I waited outside for at least 20 minutes …with someone sitting on the floor in one of the aisles looking at me….,? This was 2.45pm ….no reason to be closed.there were three other people waiting…..

I've used Happy Post twice before and although the parcel took longer to arrive than stated, there were no other issues. Until this month. I had a parcel ready to send to my grandson in Australia. I paid £28 and was ready to print off my label. Instead of the label there was message stating there was an issue with generating the label . I emailed them, as there is absolutely no phone number or chat available and asked for the label to be generated asap as I needed this parcel to be sent off immediately so my grandson had his presents on his birthday. No reply for 24 hours. Then an email with the label. I printed it off and stuck it onto my parcel. Just before I went to drop the parcel off I realised it had the wrong address!! I emailed again, waited another 24 hours and was told I cannot modify addresses!! By this time it was too late to send so I used another parcel company. I emailed happy post and told them I wanted to cancel and they then sent, 48 hours later, a label with the correct address! Absolutely no apology, only a feedback form in French...and I also had other communications in French for another customer! Terrible customer service, and im still awaiting my refund...days later...

I have used Happy-Post for over a year now. I am based in France with a customer base in USA. The service has been great particularly since the tariff nightmare that Mr Trump is responsible for. However for the last WEEK I have been unable to complete a purchase of a label for the USA. I have filled in all the forms etc etc but when it comes to pay the "Pay Now" button is not working???? PLEASE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT

Edited to add: even in their response you can see how unprofessional they are. I chose DHL I paid premium price close to 100 euros specifically not choosing regular post office for Canadian shipment. And yes exactly it promises 10-17 days last time I checked that wasn't 21 days this parcel took to another nearby country? Oh and let's not forget that they refuse to engage in English with their customer service despite English being one of the languages their offer and advertise.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with them. I tried to use due to cheaper prices but even the prices aren't that cheap for what you get. Save yourself a trouble add couple euros more and have a normal speed regular post office do the work. I shipped package to Canada, I paid so much money extra due to it being strikes with their regular postal, so they would use a courier like DHL and deliver it timely. It didn't happen. They went the cheapest method and it was only delivered after the strike after paying premium, higher than the post office would charge me. And now I sent a package to another European Union country, it's taken 3 weeks to deliver.... insanity. It would take normally less than a week regular post office with 15 euro instead of 13 euro I paid them without this hassle. They use cheapest and slowest methods to deliver your packages through backends like this package now went through third country that has nothing to do... and that's why it took 3 weeks instead of less than a week. I will not be using them again after these 2 bad experiences.

I love using happy post, it is convenient quick and the prices are competitive. The only thing I find tricky is the tracking number because it changes when it gets to the next country with a different courier. Otherwise I love happy post, and all it's partners.

They do a good job in comparing the "very expensive" jungle of french parcel shipping system, to get the best deal out of it. Works good online with yourself bringing the parcels on the go. Only misser is that the tracking, in my case twice, sending a parcel the tracking got lost, but after 10 days the parcels arrived luckily to The Netherland and Germany,

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Happy-Post. I entrusted them with an important package for my business, and they delivered a completely unrelated item to my customer — something I absolutely did not send. This mistake has had serious consequences for me: I’ve been reported on Etsy because of their error, and my reputation as a seller has been damaged.
What’s even more unacceptable is that I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times, provided the tracking number, a photo of the incorrect package delivered, and requested a resolution — and I have received no response at all.
If you value your business, your time, or your peace of mind, I strongly urge you not to use Happy-Post. Their handling errors and complete lack of accountability or communication make them a liability. Use their service only if you’re prepared to lose your package and damage your business.
And to respond to you:
This response is completely false. I sent all the requested photos and the invoice days ago, and I have yet to receive any follow-up, update, or resolution. Claiming you’re waiting on documents is just an excuse — you already have everything. Stop misleading customers and take responsibility!!!

I sent a package from France to Canada. I chose expedited shipping. PROBLEM 1- i noticed that in the tracking the package was just sitting in their warehouse for about a week already. I emailed customer service and they confirmed that it was just stuck in the depot and promised to take care of it. Then, PROBLEM 2- They wrote the wrong postal code on the shipping label for the 2nd leg of the shipment. I was very sure I put the right post code, i even have the original label to back this up. Now it's been 3 days, the package is in the destination city, but of course with the wrong post code there will be problems!! So I ended up spending extra for an extremely long "expedited" shipping + extra headaches + wasted time following up Happy Post. Still have not received package. PLEASE CONTACT FED EX AND FIX THIS, THANKS.

Firstly they could not deliver the parcel, then I was told it will take upto 3 months to return it. I have had no reply off happy post since so decided to get in touch with them to find out what's going on only to find out they have lost the parcel and there is nothing they can do about it I am now over £300 out of pocket worst delivery company I have ever used.
