Item was junk. Cheaply made and will not last. Took 23 days to receive and I cannot describe my disappointment. Stay away from this seller. I would not recommend at all.

I ordered a toy for my granddaughter, it was damaged in shipping, poorly packaged, and when I tried to return it they wanted several videos showing why it didn't work. I had several emails back and forth with them but there was always some reason they would not refund my money. Very cheap toy for $26, worth maybe $5. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Total rip off!

I wish I had researched this company before ordering, but the ads on Facebook don’t really identify who they are until it’s too late. No contacts, no customer service, the cleaner mop thing I spent over $40 for (sale price lol) is nothing like described, not adjustable and folds wrong directions! Scam - shame on FB for allowing!!! Took Almost two months to get!

If I could I would give this company a minus 5 stars. Ordered a large. They are so tiny a young child would not fit in them. They sent me a size chart and at 5ft-5" and 155 pounds, it says I would wear a 4X - seriously???? So I ordered the 4X, and it arrived, but the tag inside says 2. They say the tag is meaningless and they will not refund or replace the item. If they are a 4X they still don't fit, so I have two tiny pairs of leggings that I will donate. Do not shop here.

Yes I am completely honest - just wish this company was honest. Guaranteeing product YEH if you return them to Asia which they know full well it would cost a lot of money

I received a defective item. there is no way to contact this company. They give a fake customer support link.
They are located in Singapore. Lots of complaints are
all reporting the same problem.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I got the original pants about a month ago. They were so small, I couldn't get them on my legs. So I wrote customer service. They said I couldn't get my money returned. They would give me one more chance to get a larger size. So I said extra large. I got those today and they are still too small. I can't get them over my thighs and I am small. I wrote them of this and they said "Too bad...we told you, one chance". So all I can do is warn people away from them.

Do NOT buy from this company! Their clothing sizes are for children, they will not fit an adult & they refuse to provide an adequate return/refund. Keep your money in the USA. This company should be closed down!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Company is a total scam and the sizing wouldn't fit a child. I tried return within the 7 day window and they said I'd need to pay shipping but I could buy another pair for 30% off. Do you think we are stupid to give you more money on a cheap product? NEVER again buy from these scammers. Should be ashamed. wish I could give them "0" stars.

Way too small… ordered women a leggings. Looks like child’s. Will not refund or exchange after 7 days and I was out of town when delivered. Very poor quality… DO NOT ORDER from this shop… they have other business names too…. Big scam!!! I thought I was safe when I ordered through PayPal….. stuck with Amazon.

I purchased 2 pairs of fleece lined winter pants.
I usually wear a medium but I purchased a large because I am 5ft 7 ins and needed the length
These are horribly made!!!
They are made for a 4 ft petite child. They reach just under my knee and I am very slim and they don’t pull over my small buttocks! I called the company and they refused a credit or refund because I was 4 days past their 7 day refund policy. These were quite expensive and don’t be fooled by the 45% sale !
DO NOT BUY these!!!
I found much better quality and lower prices on Amazon

They never delivered my order they sent me somebody's else tracking number so told me to check with an post which confirmed that tracking number they sent me was for somebody else still haven't been refunded or sent order this company is a complete scam

If there was a lower rating, I would check that. They take way too long to snd your order and did so only after emailing to ask about it. the product was way undersizes and very poor Quality. This company is a scam. When asked for a refund, they only refund up to 7 days??? then they said we will give you a 30% discount. I would NEVER order anything from then again.

I received great customer care.
Post man delivert my parcel to wrong building.
I email to customer service and said didn’t recived my parcel.
They immediately respond and said they will replac it with no charge.

I purchased 3 pairs of 5X pants and was highly disappointed. The pants size was a SIZE 5. I did not find their service nor humor amusing.

This is not a good customer service and product warranty when you can not use the product/seat covers! What do you want me to do? Use as a blanket???? Give me a break?

I will give bad reputation review for your business and report to Better Business Bereau if you do not honor the return since I just got them and opened the package yesterday to try it!

Most merchants give 30 days not a week especially when it took us more than 30 days to even received after ordered since maybe came from china?

Very unhappy customer who will never buy anything more from you! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN FACEBOOK YOU WILL NEVER HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU GET FROM CHINA!

I ordered the winter leggings 2 pair. I wear a XS but they only had small and ordered that size.They were so short and I e mailed saying I wanted to return them and they said they do not do returns and would only give me 20% back .What a rip off. Terrible company to deal with and policy. Do not buy from them.

Terrible. Men's large pants would maybe fit an 8 year old. Awful

I will NEVER order online again from an unknown store or company. shoes are not quality and no address to return them.

I can't believe how poorly made the pants were, they were too small and the material was so cheap, I doubt they would have lasted the day if I wore them. They went in the trash......
