Excellent purchase
Purchased the Sofa from Happy Sofas.
Don’t normally write reviews but as I have seen some negative comments thought I’d give my experience.
Immediately had a call asking was it the correct Sofa and colour. Sofa delivered within 2 weeks. Excellent customer service. Called me to confirm delivery date and also called on the day to give more accurate time. Excellent value for money and top quality. Sofa exactly what was advertised. Absolute bargain 5 stars

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. Sofa delivered was cheap poor quality and not at all as they described, supposed to be filled with duck feathers but was cheap polyester. We ordered through Klarna, subsequently complained requested a return and cancelled order. They collected it 20 days later. But now 3 months later they have reprocessed the original order on Klarna and a fraudulent payment taken from our bank account!! Without authorization for a sofa returned previously . Steer clear of them we are reporting them to police etc. do not trust them.

Firstly I would like to say I'm happy…
Firstly I would like to say I'm happy with the quality of the footstool I received.
I was a little worried when the company only contacted me via WhatsApp (not email)
When the footstool arrived, the feet were not the same as the picture in the website. Eventually they sent me some metal feet (many thanks) but unfortunately, they were slightly different than the ones on there site, they were rounded at the edge, instead of being square.
I will use these feet as they almost match the sofa.
It might be an idea not to advertise the proper feet if that's not what you put on the end product.
Overall I'm happy with the build quality.
