1st order received although delayed but cannot blame retailer as during holiday period. 2nd order still not delivered, have had to write to chase for over 2 months now, times of multiple chase emails with no response, still no delivery...
The delivery took more than two weeks. After one week of waiting I sent an email to customer service and asked if I could cancel the order since they hadn’t sent the package yet. I got a response saying that it wasn’t possible since they had already handled the package for shipping. It took another 4 days for them to send the package after the email. I was then going to return the package but realised that the total cost for shipping and returning would be more than the value of the package.
