I didn't give it 5 stars because the 0800 contact number didn't work and a couple of hours went by after sending an email after noticing that it was not ready yet. I then saw the feedback on trust pilot and thought I had been scammed. Then I suddenly got a reply to my email and the card became instantly available. Panic over. Expect they are extra maxed out because its Christmas next week but I will let them know that their contact telephone number does not work. Thank you and have a nice Christmas all!

Ordered a birthday card for my 9 year old grandson and paid extra for the option of a 5 further cards to be used at a later date.

When I tried to use the site for a second time and couldn't logon or contact them, I tried all the phone numbers and for each one and received the message "incorrect number, not recognised".

I contacted my daughter to find that my Grandson's birthday card had not been delivered !

My advise - at best a poor company, at worst a scam.

Fortunately I had used a secure payment company who gave me a full refund.

I spent ages looking at different E-card sites for my brothers birthday yesterday in the UK.( I live in Australia). All were really boring - then I came across this site It looked amazing so i chose and ordered a card to be delivered the same day. I then read all the terrible reviews on Trust Pilot and got worried so I emailed the company to make sure the card would be delivered. Not only did they reply but confirmed that my brother had received his card - I then got a message from my brother saying what a brilliant card! I was very happy. such great service and unique cards well worth the money. Maybe the company has reviewed it practice since the bad reviews but I cannot praise then enough and will certainly recommend them from my experience!

I received one of their singing cards recently and it was really very good. I have always used an alternative provider myself so I can't rate this company from the point of view of a sender, unfortunately. I have no problems with the recipient experience though. The sender seemed to have been able to choose a particularly appropriate theme, so I guess that means there is probably a fair range of choice.

Paid for a card it didn't arrive. Both telephone numbers are obviously fake.
This is obviously a scam. it is very sad because it ruins peoples birthdays

I paid for this card before reading the other reviews, I was hopeful they were all wrong but they wasn't ! I paid £6.95 and the singing card never got sent, how is this company still able to be advertising on Google, I emailed them and no one has replied, total con !!!

These are scammers! They dont respond to emails and dont deliverthe goods. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

This is a huge scam. Folks, stay well clear of it. Here is why. I just bought & attempted to email two E-cards. Neither was delivered. Tried calling the two given Contact Customer Service #. Both numbers have turned out to be non-existent. I have just sent a money refund email. But after checking reviews on website Happybirthdaytoyou.com, I am not holding my breath!

Excellent! Sent a card from Shetland, Scotland to my son in New Zealand. I was informed it had been sent immediately so checked but it wasn't in my inbox. I checked my spam box and there it was. Told my son to check his spam box and it was there too. I'm beginning to think all the bad reviews are because folks might not be checking in spam. Maybe notification of this would be a good idea to include in the wording on their page. I'm delighted with the service and will use again. Great card too!

I sent a card to my brother. I had left it to the last minute but it arrived on time and he was very impressed. I am sorry that others have had problems. I will definitely try it again and hope it works as before.

Really hit or miss. I used the service once and it was good and so bought the multi-pack. I have had my account credited twice for extra cards due to non delivery. I can't trust these for people I care about and so only send the cards instead of facebook greetings.
Can't recommend due to questions about whether the card will be received on time.

To whom this may concern,i have paid for two singing birthday cards for diane lynch on the 15 of feb and my brother on today 18 of feb and neither one of them have received them can you tell me what is going on i have check both times that everything was correct,never had this problem before,not very happy can you help me out and tell me why they didnt get them thank you very much.Glenn Lynch was the other one.

I paid for six , have used three, and on each of the three no card was sent, so I have had to forward my copy which of course is not a surprise for the recipient.
Presumably 3 failures out of 3 indicates a systemic decision not to bother with sending indicating that other complaints are very valid

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a card for my sons birthday. Card was never received, I didn't receive a copy as advertised and I have sent 5 emails and no response. I have requested a refund, but that's not likely. The saddest part is it ruined a special day.

Paid for 6 cards last year which I haven’t used but trying to charge me again !

Ordered a card for my partner who is miles away ordered it in the Evening and nothing was received. Went into the account and changed the email just in case and still nothing !!!
I emailed them the next day to ask for the card to be delivered or refund of £6.95 and haven’t heard a thing from them. 3 emails later and tried calling them on the 0800 number (number unobtainable now there’s a surprise). Unfortunately did my homework on here a little too late. Shall be sending all correspondence to Trading Standards as Scammers like this need to have their Web Sites removed.

The thing is it’s not a rocket science business to make up the card and send it ..... would probably only take someone 5 mins at the most so why no earn your money instead of stealing it from people and disappoint them.

Total scam! £9.95 and nothing! Complete crooks. Avoid!!!!!!

Do not use this company - paid for 2 cards for my 9 yr old godchildren which were never sent! Even worse it was too late for Me to to send any kind of card when it became obvious they weren’t going to receive them. No form of contact to claim money back - this company needs removing from the web and I’m looking into to reporting it as a scam

I paid for two cards at 6.75 each. Which I have never received
Can’t get the on phone because it’s not functional
