PRE ordered blanket in June. Received email in November it wouldn't be ready to ship for Christmas. Was given option to choose another blanket. 1week before Christmas and I still don't have a blanket or an answer. No one will return calls. Can't talk to human. No answers to emails. Online chat says not availab.e

I have 10 grandchildren and over the years have purchased many Happy Blankies - always pleased. Love the give one feature!!

First one I ordered for my grandson soon as we found out he was a boy, I ordered Felix the Fox in a medium size it was the cutest thing ever and I just ordered another one last week for a friend of mine for her baby baby girl, baby shower, Rumble the Elephant with a Hot pink bow !!! These are such adorable gifts to gift !!!
Definitely think the medium size is the best !!!

I received a phone call and text personally from the owner letting me know what exactly was going on. I appreciated finally being heard and also received a refund last night as well. Hopefully things will turn around quickly and they will be back to the customer service that I was so used to in the past. Wishing them continued success with Happy Blankie!!

I have bought several Happy Blankies for sweet new babies in our family. They are beautifully made, soft and cozy. The idea that the company shares another blankie with a child in need, seals the deal!

Over the years I have purchased a number of Happy Blankies for new babies. It's my go-to baby gift. Every one has been simply adorable and become a favorite "lovey" of each child.

This blankie was a gift for a newborn. The parents loved it, especially the embroidered name. My daughters, 7 and 9, still have theirs from about 1 yrs old!

We purchased "Hope the Butterfly" 5 years ago when my daughter was born. She has uses it every single day of her life!! I am so impressed with the quality. I can't believe how great it still looks after so long, so much use and many cycles through the washing machine. I'm now pregnant with baby #2 and will 100% be ordering another Happy Blankie!

I purchased the rainbow blanket during the preorder in Jan of 2019. The blanket arrived at my house in June and we absolutely loved it! However, after just 2 washes the sems were coming undone in 3 places. I contacted HappyBlankie via Instagram hoping for a resolution. I was given an email address to discuss my issue. After emailing the address provided twice over the course of 3 weeks I then decided to reach out via Instagram again. They read my message on Instagram but never responded. I then emailed the company again and still never heard anything. I’m completely disappointed in this company at how they just blew off a customer. They have lost my business.

Love it! Received as a gift for my child, and then paid it forward. Love that a second blanket is gifted to someone in need. Would have been 5 stars, but it has been almost a month and my blanket still hasn't arrived. I hope it arrives before the baby does!

I love the concept and mission of this company but I've been trying for a month to get ahold of someone about my order and only got one response saying they would check on my order and get back to me. I have yet to get a response to that or any other attempt to contact them. I hate to give a bad review but this is just so frustrating especially with my friend's due date fast approaching.

I absolutely love the blanket we received! I cannot wait to give it to my daughter for Christmas! Pictures do not do justice, it’s stunning and made with great quality! Will definitely be purchasing more!
