I still waiting for my money (caution)and top of that nobody is answering my email.
What do you think?

Wir möchten uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten bei Ihnen entschuldigen.

Nach erneuter Rücksprache mit der lokalen Station wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass Sie den Wagen schadenfrei zurückgegeben. Des Weiteren informierte uns der Vermieter, dass Ihre Kaution bereits freigegeben wurde. Bitte nehmen Sie Kontakt mit Ihrer Bank auf. Abhängig von der Bearbeitungszeit der Banken kann es jedoch in manchen Fällen bis zu 30 Tagen dauern, bis die Kaution wieder ersichtlich ist.
