Slow but reliable
In my first order, one out of many items was marked as "available within 2-3 workdays", the rest was in stock. After more than 3 weeks of waiting, I contacted the shop via email, asking whether they could replace the missing merchandise with a substitute, in case that was what was holding up the order. I received a prompt reply, and my order was shipped right away. (I should have asked earlier. 🙂 )
My second order arrived without any hassle today, in 5 workdays.
There is a disclaimer about their delay in processing orders on their website, it is worth a read for everyone - e.g. they mention that if people are bombarding them with emails still within the expected delivery time, it slows things down even further.
