Not to trust them. My flight scheduled for april 2020 got cancelled due to covid and the carrier refunded them the amount by aug 2020. But they never refunded the money back to me. I was surprised to hear their response that i never raised a query to refund the amount and so it wasn't done. I raised the query on oct 2020 and still after 3 months, haven't got the money back. Don't trust them.

I was given a discount coupon of 850rs. And the ticket somehow costed me 100rs more than other websites even after "discount". Customer service NEVER CONNECTS. They do not even respond to emails. This is a SCAM APP. I was basically scammed for about 500rs. This is not about money but about how a fraud company like this is allowed to function at all.

Fraud Company refund is not inittiated we have to keep following them always.. Cheaters

Very bad experience, Booked a free cancellation flight in Hurry, haven’t compared the prices, Order ID 749803770518572094, paid 55,166.
Within no time I checked the prices of other sites like mmt, I was amazed by the prices they were offering for same airline same timing same flight, I could have saved 9000, So i called customer care as on their site there is mentioned 200% of the amount offered if you find the better deal, Okay, they told me to make a video while ordering from other site till you reach payment processor, I did, They say mail us with more info, I did, I called an hour later as no response was received, Some rude lady picked up, Put me on hold for exact 37 minutes, Told me we can’t do anything price gets fluctuated rapidly, I told em, that i am checking again and again and through out the day I am getting cheaper prices, They ignored me, I asked for refund they say we don’t refund in full you can have partial refund, Which is wrong as while booking i paid extra for free full refund.
Cheaters, Stay away from these thugs.

Fraud company.
My flight is cancelled by airlines and they issued a full refund.
But, Happy Easy Go is not giving back the amount.
Every time they tells that, its under process. They are telling the same thing for the past 11 months.

PLEASE BEWARE: HAPPY EASY GO IS ABSOLUTELY A FRAUD COMPANY.

I had booked my flight from their website and due to covid-19 flight schedule cancellation the amount was in credit shell.

While making the revised booking against credit shell (WHICH WAS DONE BY HAPPY EASY GO agent) they made incorrect passenger booking and charged me extra than the amount.

NOW their customer service support is neither correcting the passenger information or even sending me an invoice breakup as proof. They are disconnecting calls and extending timeline every day.

ABSOLUTELY pathetic guys !! DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING FOR ANY BOOKING THROUGH THEM

Airline refunded the amount , but HEG denies to refund they are saying they have cancellation fee ,the refund amount is showing 0
Never book from this website , just for 100-200 discount

It's a FRAUD company, They will reply to you till the time they don't get money from the airlines, once they get it they will stop replying & they don't refund your money.
I booked an international flight ticket with this BOGUS company.

Bad experience! I have booked my flight from Hyd- Pune and they sent the message saying that my booking has been confirmed. After 5min I got a message saying that my booking has been cancelled. They said my money will be refunded in 7-10 days. Though it has not been 10days yet but this has caused me a lot of inconvenience. As i can’t wait for 10days for my refund as my travel date is in the coming 3days. My money is blocked with them. And I’m not sure if my money will even be refunded.
Also customer service is not up to the mark. As they’re only unsure as to when my money will refunded. Also , the reason why my ticket got cancelled is unknown!

Actually I really don't wanted to give any star to this travel agency but there is no option less than 1 star.
Coming to the point really pathetic customer care service. Sent many mail to customer care and feedback email id but no response.
I've cancelled a ticket booked via HEG, airline has refunded full amount to HEG on 2-June-2020 but HEG not credited my account till today 28-Dec-2020.
Customer care said that it was cancellation with penalty however I've cancelled with full refund attached email snapshot from airline that they have refunded full amount to travel agency i.e. HEG.
Also HEG refund policy of 90 days sucks. Don't be trapped with littlie discount of 600-800.

Booked a ticket through Happy easy go and the flight was cancelled by the airline.Indigo refunded the amount to Happy easy go but they have not refunded to me.Absolute cheats and frauds!!They dont even respond to your mails.Be careful booking through them

the worst travel website ever. wanted to use the credit shell; the new ticket cost is lesser than the credit shell amount.they still want me to pay 1925 rs extra. they have no explanation how the costs have come about except for statement fares are dynamic.

I made a flight booking on March 2019 and I had to cancel it due some personal reasons. I cancelled it well in advance. I even went to the airline office n got proof that the money was refunded to happyeasygo. Now more than 1 and a half years and a ton of mails n calls later, I still haven't received my refund.
I am not a person who talks bad about other people. but this is one of the worst companies to do business with. If I don't get my money in a few more months, I am gonna sue them.

I booked flight under free reschdule option. But they don't have option to re-book by app or on call. They ask you to send request over app and even though less fair.

Worst customer service ever. Please dont use this platform to book your tickets. Its completely a fraud website. I just lost my Rs.5,000 Credit Shell because of their fraudulent strategies & their customer service is not responding at all. Once they heard my problem they kept disconnecting my call repeatedly.
