I have ordered from them several times and despite a couple errors on a couple orders, they replied quickly and professionally to rectify the mistakes. I will continue to order from them as their customer service has been excellent.

I’m not sure why so many bad reviews have been posted. The transaction went exactly as expected, an agent called me almost immediately after placing my order and confirmed my order details and billing address. A couple days later I received my tracking number. The shipping was faster than expected. 17day from India I am very pleased with the service provided by Happy Family.

Ordered June 2023 lyrica. Got it in 6 days with tracking the entire way. I was shocked!

Scam, save for money don't buy from these east indi people.

Ya I thought seemed weird at first too. Someone calls u right after ordering. Then the first order I made took a long time. When I called them, the guy on the phone knew everything about my order and said it was still coming. And it did. And I ordered again, same process except the order came on time. And I’m actually about to order again and that’s how I saw all these bs bad reviews

Never receive the order, waiting for refund but was invoiced from "UM *Aivpd, Wan Chai Dist, 99", so no hope.

Sent me incorrect medication and wouldnt help resolve the problem.

SCAM COMPANY FROM ASIA NOT US. It’s a scam company. I ordered medication from what was supposed to be a US company. Was then told that I would need a phone call to confirm my order which was weird to me.
As soon as the money came out of my account is was a different name (socuskilly) and was in Chinese currency. I immediately blocked my card & contacted the bank. My bank have thankfully refunded the money and will send out a new card so they no longer have my bank details and I have reported them for fraud.

I have been buying from this company for five years. I have never been displeased in anyway. The drugs they I purchase work the same as the prescription from the doctor. The customer support answered all my questions and were very nice. The pills came within two weeks. This company is not fraudulent and is very safe for medication.

Should have picked it up sooner but only when after placing the order the screen message said I needed to call to confirm details and the 'agent' got it all so wrong.....scrambling pathetically to recover from giving me wrong details....all too fishy, asked for transaction to be cancelled, agent said email will be issued instantly, nothing received

Very happy. Took about 2 weeks for Ivermectin to arrive. Could follow the shipment with the tracking number from beginning to delivery.

Took a chance on this company but unfortunately they didn’t come through. Four months and still no delivery and no reply to inquiries.

I had two order,s with Happy Family Drug Store and they both came with in 3 to 4 weeks and i had great service from staff over the phone top notch i was given track number,s and order number,s i was reading a lot of bad reviews on this store i was a bit nervous but my order,s came with every thing that they were susposed too a great store i was very satisfied thank you happy family drugs you people were quite legitimate.

WowStuffStore was the processor in Miami for my purchase for which I received a confirmation # with no ID of the company I was buying from. Happy Family are happy scammers. Credit card company issued a refund once the transaction cleared pending status (which by the way took more than two days from the date I placed the order to show up as pending)...another red flag.

Don't order anything from INDIAN company! All package are detained at customs. I lost $300 from October 2021to January 2022!!! Do not apologize or refund. Just take your money and don't make the delivery. PLEASE, keep your money safe!!!

I also expected to receive Ivermectin that I paid good money for. Just like another reviewer, what I received tasted like a breath mints and had no product number on the pills. In my research, no where is the real Ivermectin stated as having a minty taste, but quite the opposite. This is when I realized I'd been scammed. And as others mentioned my credit card showed up as "freshoolongstore"., not Happy Family Store as I would have expected. I monitor my card daily since my bad experience with them just to make sure no weird charges arise.
