This website is fraud, they took my money, missed multiple delivered deadlines, agreed to refund me my money, and I'm still waiting for my refund 1 month later.

The person has stopped replying.

I ordered the wrong color by mistake but the team helped me really well. They changed it quickly and didnt charge me extra. So happy with the service!

do not order from them. I also ordered parquet and skirting boards. After long insistence I received the parquet but the skirting boards not even today. no one answers the phone. on whatsapp they answer very slowly, then never. so I was left with the money given and had to buy the skirting boards from somewhere else. very unserious.

Horrible work, and even worst communication. They do follow up till you pay, then zero communication, we push material arrived on time (incomplete) then they send someone who do the level in a rush last minute with a questionable quality, they begin the floor, got sick, sent new people after pushing and with the rush that we had our kitchen been installed... they try to blame us but they had almost 6 weeks and they decides to do it last minute... then to put the skirt (plinte) what an awful work, my 10 year old kid with do it better with his glue and scissors, we contact them through Virgil that was they guy they assigned to us, first he denied the bad service till we show pictures, then he acknowledged it was a bad work and they will come to fix it, a month later and I don't get nothing, Virgil says that Daniel owns him money and that he will not do nothing till he got payed. Daniel keep saying he will fix it that needs time but nothing, Matt who operates the site just ask to be send by mail or chat and that they will address it "soon". At the end they just have a good social network management, they position their site and create tons of good fake reviews, probably you will see like 4-5 good reviews after mine so they can level their 3.5 average, but they will be fake, maybe not even now cause probably happy floors is going bankrupt and are not paying anymore for their social network management. So guys don't fall for this, prices look ok but you can find something similar with better service somewhere else. If you wanna see pictures of their work please contact me so I can share it and you go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible. I select the option for scheduling a delivery time and then they decide to deliver whenever it fits them without notifying me. Absolutely terrible. My order is now waiting on the street for me to get to it.
Update: they decided to deliver it at a different date that I previously asked for without notifying me so now, after leaving my work place for the second time this week because of them, I am 40 mins away from the home I actually sleep in. Thank you.

My honest advice is don’t ever contact this people for your floor installation or purchase if you don’t want to be scammed. They bring in non-professionals to do the job few weeks later the floor starts developing problems and then they keep lying to you they would send someone to check it then ignore you till you find a way to fix it yourself.

There was a delay in delivery for 1 day, but not critical in my case. Also, not all paid items (skirting boards) arrived, but a quick refund was made after contacting support.

Happyfloors have a very quick, professional and friendly service. Very much to be recommended.
