Honestly really didn’t think these would do anything for me. I have a really hard time concentrating and procrastinate horrendously daily with work and general life. I also have PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) basically severe PMS symptoms that are debilitating mentally for about 7-10 days before my period. My doctor prescribed me SSRI’s but I really didn’t want to opt for them. Did some research online and found this company and just thought feck it let’s try! I CANNOT and I mean genuinely cannot believe how much these have positively benefited my life! I’ve been taking them 2 weeks now which coincided with my PMDD timeframe so a great time to trial these and the difference is enormous! I am so productive in the day when I have one first thing in the morning, my PMDD symptoms have massively reduced and I would go to say not really there so much. My partner has seen a huge difference in me as well which has really helped our relationship too. I can’t recommend enough! Which reminds me I need to top up soon! Lifesavers!

Can’t recommend Jack enough. He helped advise on some products that have been really good for recovery after long rides! Got the 1000mg pain relief bundle and it does wonders on the legs!

Happy Guys products are beautifully packaged. Their bath bombs are huge and smell amazing. The bathbomb scent lingers on your skin long after you have bathed with one (actually, I only needed to use half a bathbomb at a time, so even better value).
I have also used Happy Guys to purchase their Happy Caps to aid my sleeping. Would I recommend Happy Caps ? The simple answer is "absolutely". After a few weeks of taking one Happy Cap just before bed, my natural sleep rythmn has been restored and I am sleeping far better than I have done for years. I cannot thank Happy Guys enough.
