Adjusting subscription dates difficult
When it comes to adjusting your subscription, they make it very difficult to push out your subscription more than a few days or weeks at a time. You frequently will have to contact support who will then harass you about not doing it sooner.

I wanted to avoid taking oral…
I wanted to avoid taking oral medication so I started with the topical minoxidil in the dropper. After the “dread shed” period(which left me almost completely bald) I could tell a difference along the hairline, lips, cheeks, and chin. Unfortunately not much of a difference though out my head after 9 months. I was experiencing a lot of dryness and itching so I switched over to the “super” cream. Initially, it was great. Less itching and dryness and I could see growth fairly quickly. By the second bottle however I was back to extreme dryness and itching. I have sopped at the moment due to severe skin reaction in the back of my head and down my neck. I am unsure what to do next.
