This is a SCAM AND FRAUD. i did not subscribe to this company and yet they deduct money from my account which force me to open a new account. Please people out there be careful for this scam. I will post this on Facebook and every media available to tell the public about this scam.

It is very bad that they force the client to refund the money that was not authorized, deduct, or affiliate me with anything, having to give a 5-star rating, knowing that they have made misleading and ill-intentioned advertising... and they do not want to return the money with more excuses. VERY bad, be careful please be careful.

On 18 May no refund as from 30 April.

SCAM!!! Avoid at all cost. They have scammed my mum, I’ve demanded a refund and for them to cancel the membership which they told her on live chat they’ve cancelled it only to receive an email saying they’ve just ‘downgraded’ the membership meaning they are still charging her. We then went back on to live chat where someone confirmed it was cancelled and she’d get a refund this morning and in the space of a few hours another 2 transactions have came out from them. Bank is looking in to this, it is a con.

My membership was created in error.
Once I realised this was the case, I cancelled the account and requested a refund.
My membership was cancelled immediately and I have been promised a refund of all monies taken within 7 days which I really appreciate.
