Great customer service and plants! The first time I ordered from Happy Houseplants, the post returned the order because the flat number wasn't specified. All it took was one email and Happy Houseplants sent out another order within the day! I'm super happy with my plants - I ordered 5 and they all arrived perfectly healthy and in good condition.

Had my first plant from Happy House plants 🪴and are delighted with what came (philodendron xanadu) not seen one before with all the roots like that what a find.plant was in top condition 😀 would have given them 5 stars but delivery took a bit long compared to other online plant shops. Very informative website will definitely use them again thanks keep up the good work but with out a doubt the plant gets 10/10 👍

We had a great experience with Happy Houseplants, they delivered a massive Umbellata to us. It's the personal touches where they stand out - we had some early leaf drop and reached out to them and they responded with tips. Most recently we asked them how to go about moving flats with a 7.5 foot plant - they responded by sending us some advice and a special plastic cover. We know who to go to when it comes to getting plants for the new house! :)

The plants I recieved from HappyHousePlants were all fantastic.

I had a mistake with my order and had recieved one of the wrong plants, but this was soon rectified and my order was resent free of charge on the same day I emailed, no questions asked.

I carefully selected a company for a plant I had been looking for based on their reviews. If I could give this one a 10, I would. Amazing service, friendly smile on delivery and more importantly, my large Ficus was more beautiful than I had hoped. Will definitely use again and most certainly recommend.

Well - this was an absolute delight. I ordered a palm a couple of days ago - lead time was 5 to 10 days. Got a knock on the door this evening to find a friendly chap with a extremely happy palm tree - much better than I expected. Excellent palm, fast and friendly delivery; what more could you want?
