Absolutely over the moon with the service. Called me back straight away when missed my call when I was making an appointment. Came round when they said they would, not the usual "I'll be round sometime on Monday" routine you get from most contractors. Liam who did the service was very professional and friendly.

Our boiler had a severe leak, Nick returned my call after I left a voicemail, and they came round on a Saturday as we had no hot water! Fitted the new boiler Bank holiday Monday, and fixed a broken soil pipe I drove our Campervan into the same day! Brilliant team! Highly recommend! Felt at ease, lovely team!

Excellent work from this company, the young man who fitted the shower basin and toilet, was a very hard worker who made sure that everything was perfect, he started on a Thursday and asked if he could come also come on the Saturday and Sunday which was perfect, he cleaned down and took away the rubbish every day when he had finished the work, couldn’t have wished for a better job, will certainly use again.

Fantastic service from these lads, really took the time to go through everything with our new boiler, and even going above and beyond and fitting our radiator valves too! Super quick fitting and they also teach at the college so even more proof they know what they’re doing!

Nick and his team have been a huge help with my mums rental properties. In a short space of time we have had the pleasure of speaking with Nick to carry out a number of jobs which include replacing a boiler, carrying out a gas safety, repairing a boiler and find a ongoing leak which have all been completed quickly and professional. Nick is our go to guy for any future work.

Just recently had an alpha boiler installed and I can not recommend this company enough,the perseverance and kindness to always get the job done was amazing to see and will be recommending happy houses to anyone who needs help as they explain everything simply and try every solution to make sure it's running right as our house system was a mess and they went above and beyond night and day getting it sorted literally because they didn't want to leave us stranded pure class.
