I only went on this website as the Bobux shoes we used to order went out of stock at Bobux right after I ordered them and thus Bobux had to cancel my order but recommended this. Let me say first they have lovely options for barefoot shoes but what I experienced after ordering is the bit that gives me a sour taste. I ordered Friday at 14:00 and as a delivery option there was Guaranteed next day delivery for 9,99£. Due to the whole issue with Bobux we were delayed on getting my son his shoes on time to visit family for Christmas. So I obviously decided on Guarenteed next day delivery. Come Saturday however I had not gotten a dispatch message only an order confirmation. Now I contacted happy little soles and only got an apology and a here is link to our shipping information your order will be dispatched Monday and be with you and Tuesday. Now in my opinion this should have been stated when I choose my delivery options. But apparently according to customer service this is all my own fault because I did not read the shipping information and through their terms and conditions prior to buying the shoes and choosing my shipping information besides having ticked it off. Now I leave that to other customers to let me know if I am the only stupid person who did not read the fine print before buying or if it should have been stated behind the delivery option that this is only available Mon-Friday midday.
I however won’t purchase from happy little soles again. And thank you for now having to delay our family visit by 3 days. Really appreciate it. Merry Christmas!

Having an autistic child who struggles to find suitable shoes we have found our holy grail ! Plae he has now grown out of but we adored !!!! Now our first venture into barefoot wow !! Zero complaints and a very happy customer ! The vivo junior high boot wow !! Stunning ! Will def be back for more and for me !!!

A wonderful small independent UK seller and my new go-to for barefoot shoes!

- Their site and each item has a lot of information, great if you're new to barefoot or minimalist shoes.
- Wide selection of variety of leading barefoot brands for adults and children. Only UK-based website I've found that has this large a catalogue!
- They standardize sizing using centimeters so once you know your HLS size (they do half sizes too), you can filter for 2 sizes and trust it'll fit.
- Frequently offers discounts around bank holidays as regular items on sale.
- They have a realistic point-based loyalty scheme. My first order of two pairs gave me 15 pounds of credit, which I was able to use for my second order.

Great shoes and awesome service. Received one pair of faulty shoes (Velcro wasn’t working properly). Customer care responded quickly and I was able to exchange them for a new pair.

The only place with desent barefoot shoes prices, fast delivery.

They should improve their site speed, maybe do some caching, it is slow but it works.

I've been buying shoes from HLS since 2021 and I'm always very happy with the experience. The delivery is quick and the choice is amazing - as far as I know, they are one of the few shops that offer Plae shoes for children.

Also, the customer reward system gives me nice discounts from time to time. My last order was accepted on Thursday and I had my parcel on Saturday morning. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been ordering from these guys for over 3 years and they’re incredible. I must have got at least 10 pairs of shoes from them and only ever had one problem with one pair that they exchanged without any hassle. The information on the website is so helpful and they get back to you really quickly and provide their own size recommendation because all brand vary so differently. I also purchased one of their foot measuring devices and it’s been invaluable. Would recommend ten times over ❤️

The sizing guidance on the Happy Little Soles website has been really useful. The ordering process is easy and delivery is quick. Their loyalty scheme is a nice little bonus as well!

Excellent shop with lots of useful information on website to help you choose the right shoes and always good quality. Helpful advice when had an issue with sizing and easy exchange (without further postage cost) was offered, but not needed in the end. Excellent customer service and great loyalty scheme where you get £1 for every £10 spent off next order.

I was recommended this site by a friend and have had a lovely customer service experience when dealing with some difficulties. I had trouble processing a payment and they were prompt in their reply and invoicing. Then I thought I'd bought the wrong size and there was no delays in refunding. Again after cancelling I discussed sizing issues and realised that the shoes were the correct size! and they were great, though it must have been annoying to have cancelled then had to reorder. All in all very professional and speedy in their service.
I really liked the quality of the shoes I bought for my son, especially as it was at a huge sale discount. Will definitely be buying when I can afford again.

Lovely shop for kids shoes that are good for their feet. I particularly like that you can search by "most barefoot shoes". Good range of healthy shoes, inc some pink ones so dd will actually wear them !
