This has been a game changer for me
This has been a game changer for me. Perimenopause came with a bang out of nowhere. I was feeling super irritable, stressed, hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia, headaches and body aches. I didn’t know what had hit me. After a week on hormone harmony all of these symptoms eased. Some have since disappeared completely. I feel calmer, healthier, and the hot flushes are very minor now. I recommend this to all of my girlfriends.

Honestly, this product has been life changing! I was struggling so much with energy levels and everything felt such hard work. I had hip pain and sometimes struggled walking upstairs. Hormone Harmony is managing all those symptoms and I also lost weight which previously refused to budge! I’m also on HRT and if I had to give up one it wouldn’t be the hormone harmony

Change your life
I am 65 and like most people was having digestive and middle age weight gain issues. Happy Mamoth got everything moving again. Digestion became easier and my body responded with more energy and better gut response. I started running and the few excess kilos dropped off. I reccomend anyone of any age to try it. True to word, they do what they say.
Bloat? Going. Snacking? Stopped. Tired? Full of energy. Night sweats? Reduced significantly. Poor sleep? Thing of the past!

Hormone Harmony has greatly improved hot flashes and mood
I've been taking the Hormone Harmony package for 2 weeks now. After reading several reviews I decided to start with one capsule per day of Hormone Harmony and Hormone Harmony plus and 1 serving of the prebiotic collagen protein. The first 2 days I experienced a headache but this cleared up the third day. At the end of the first week my hot flashes had decreased significantly from sweating like I was in a sauna several times a day to being slightly warm once or twice a day. My mood and energy improved significantly. By the end of the first week I could feel my mood slipping by the evening and I increased my intake to 2 capsules a day each of the hormone harmony and hormone harmony plus. My mood was steady throughout the second week. Hot flashes have stayed tolerable in severity and frequency. My hunger and stress eating have decreased and I've lost 3 lbs. Nothing drastic but I really wasn't expecting much weight loss based off of reviews. I plan to increase to the recommended dose of Hormone Harmony and Hormone Harmony plus this next week. Overall, I very satisfied with the results.

Life changing
Whilst I still take anti reflux medication I very rarely get reflux since starting the prebiotic collagen. I can eat pastry now and pretty much any foods- just not late in the evening. I take my powder everywhere I go!
