I like that they only take PayPal because that's way more trustworthy and Customer service is so friendly. I love the products and the website is very easy to use.

Underwhelming, messy, and low in quality

I don't have very many positive things to say about this store so I'm just going to get those out of the way first. I ordered two shirts from them internationally and it took 12 days to arrive which to me was surprisingly fast compared to other international sellers I have bought from in the past that can take up to more than triple that amount, and it was free shipping as well which was nice. The designs are cute as well and for the most part everything is very affordable.

Onto the less positive things -- the clothes themselves are not very comfortable, at least that's how I felt. They are not very soft and almost feel like paper, and the tailoring was a bit poor as they do not fit very well. I ordered both shirts in the smallest size and even still they ended up slightly big on me. As for the designs, they're cute, but definitely look different online than in person. I assume HMS puts filters on the photos of their clothing; in person the colors were a bit cooler whereas online they had warmer tones (this is not due to my computer monitor either as they looked the same on multiple screens). Not only that, but the images are somewhat low-resolution too and look almost as if they were printed onto paper and then ironed on by hand. Another thing I did not appreciate is that one of the tops I ordered (called "Hands") is supposed to be washed by hand, although it does not say that on the website. It does however tell you how to wash the other shirt I ordered (called "Lil Angel"), so it almost feels like they left out the fact that it needed to be hand washed on purpose.

As for a few smaller complaints -- their website is a little glitchy and hard to navigate, as well as very busy and almost juvenile looking. I think there is too much going on with all the bright unmatching colors and falling pixel art, some of the buttons don't work, some links lead to empty pages, and overall it does not look very professional and looks more like a teenager's tumblr blog. I understand that is not a very helpful complaint so I won't let it affect my rating but I felt it worth mentioning. Another thing is that they gave me a code to use for 10% off my entire purchase which ended up not working, so that was disappointing. And as for the last complaint I have, I believe that some of their designs have been ripped off from other artists although I am not positive. As an artist myself it would upset me greatly if that were the case, but I do not know for certain if it is true.

That is my review/experience with Happy Monday Store, overall I wouldn't recommend them over other similar stores, but at the same time they were not difficult to work with and if they released a new design that I liked I would consider buying it for their low and affordable prices.

So I ordered a tee shirt on the 31th of …

So I ordered a tee shirt on the 31th of march. In the end of april I sent a message to the company via paypal because I didn't know where my package was, they assured me it was coming and to be patient. So I stayed patient, and waited 2 weeks to send them another message, they never answered me. The paypal case is now closed, and I'm in June still waiting for my tee shirt. I had to send them a message on their website and apparantly the address was incorrect, I don't know how it happened since I remember putting my correct adress in the info. The package returned to them and they didn't even send me an email to tell me that, I had to send THEM an email, yelling to ask where is my order. And now I have to PAY 8$ for it to return, are you kidding me ? This is scandalous. Thanks to those incompetent I'll never have my money back. Plus they steal indie artist's design to sell them cheaper, this is unacceptable.

I also wanted to work with them as an illustrator for tee shirt waaayyy before all of that happened, and in the middle of the convo, they stopped answering me. The level on unprofessionnalism is huge here.

Poor service, never received item

I have shopped from them twice and gotten a poor service both times, but second time really takes the cake.
I emailed them when I noticed that my order hadn't been shipped yet after 2 weeks, but it wasn't until second try that I actually got a response with a promise that they would look i to it. They never did. Second time I emailed them I got no reply at all except an automatic one saying they had cancelled my order 'on my request'. I never asked them to do that. Later I got a message via PayPal saying I had received a partial refund of 2 USD. My order had cost me 23 USD (I had payed for tracking).
I still haven't received my order yet.
