I like the way my clothes are return to…

I like the way my clothes are return to me, organized and neatly folded. The individual who pick up my clothing is very pleasant and the timing of pick and delivery is great. Before I would be waiting all day. He comes before 12 noon, which is great!!!

Just about everything

Just about everything. The price is right and it was so nice to have my laundry returned not only clean but fold so all I had to do was put it away. They let you know when they are picking up and when they are delivering too. Worth every penny.

Saved the Day!

Andrew and the team saved the day for us! Our washer and dryer stopped working at our gym and within an hour of a call at 10pm he delivered us bags of clean and folded towels!!! He saved the day and my business from a disaster. And the towels smell amazing!

They did everything they promised to

We have two large comforters that won’t fit in a standard washing machine, and I don’t like to use laundromats. They’re noisy, crowded and usually hot from the heat of the dryers.

So begging the comforters and placing them outside, our door was easy and convenient. They return nice and clean and smelled great. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

Consistently excellent quality of service.

We are always pleased with our experience with Happynest. Pick up is always when they say it'll be, clothes dropped of when they say. Everything is SO clean and carefully folded.

This was my first use of Happy Nest and…

This was my first use of Happy Nest and it was seemless, Jonathan was super helpful setting up a corporate account and the linen came back clean and folded and quickly.

The constant emails and texts when I don't have an order out is a too much in my opinion, but if the service continues as it was this time, I am pleased my colleague found you guys and look forward to a continued relationship.

Too many messages

There were many messages saying pick up was happening to then saying it wasn’t. They picked it up finally past 8pm.

We understand you may have been a bit put off by the notifications. We send a variety of updates, including driver ETAs, holiday schedule changes, invoices, and occasional service reminders. Some messages—such as our “We’re In Your Neighborhood” notifications—may be sent more frequently, as they’re intended to let customers know when we’re actively servicing nearby areas and available for pickup if needed.

For context, our drivers are on the road daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and certain notifications are tied to real-time routing and service updates throughout that window.

We can absolutely adjust your notification preferences at any time, including turning specific alerts off or switching delivery methods (text, email, or both). That said, we do generally recommend keeping driver ETA notifications enabled to help avoid missed pickups, though the final choice is always yours.

Fast service and fast turnaround

What Mae this great was that I didn't have to deal with washing my comforters in my tiny washing machine. The convenience is worth it. And it couldn't possibly be easier to schedule pick ups.

the pick-up/delivery person was great…

the pick-up/delivery person was great and was communicative when they could not find the laundry right away. they then updated the pick-up instructions for the future, so it wouldn't happen again. 10/10

Door-to-door service was impeccable

Door-to-door service was impeccable. Between the reminders, laundry tracking, and seamless delivery my family couldn't be more pleased. We live in a confusing complex and there were no issues locating us. Laundry is nice and clean, and folded neatly. Their pricing is great and we will absolutely be continuing this service.

Pick up/ drop off were a breeze

Edit: I re-read my fold instructions when placing my next order. It’s likely that they were just confusing. Looking forward to my next laundry day!

Pick up/ drop off were a breeze and the turn around time and communication are great.

A little disappointed my fold instructions were followed. Also, didn’t receive HappyNest reusable bags, received new trash bags instead.

Was this even washed ??…

The pick up and delivery part of it was fine, but the blanket did not even smell like it had been washed. It made me question if anything had even been done.

Price Gouging in Jacksonville

I was on a grandfathered rate of $29 per bag in the Jacksonville area, and got locked out of my account. I set up a new account account and Happy Nest deleted my old account and charged me the new rate of $39.

Talk about price gouging!

Regarding your prior account, which has not been active since November 2025, our records indicate that your per-bag rate at that time was $39.95. The $29.95 per bag pricing was part of a grandfathered structure that applied specifically to customers who were originally enrolled in our per-pound pricing plan- which is an obsolete pricing plan. This rate was not extended to all existing customers.

We also communicated upcoming pricing updates in advance of the transition to our current per-bag model to ensure transparency to any longer term customers so that everyone was on the same page.
