Amazing job!! I was very skeptical but me & my spouse work long hours and laundry builds up so we took the risk. Everything came back perfectly folded and clean. was so easy to schedule & safe to say I will no longer be doing my own laundry ever again!

When you first signed up with HappyNest in 2020, our pricing was based on a per-pound model. In mid-2024, we transitioned to a flat-rate, per-bag pricing structure using standard 13-gallon bags. We shared multiple communications at that time to keep customers informed of this change.
During your 2024 service, you used one of the older 30-gallon bags that were originally provided under the per-pound model. Because those bags are roughly twice the size of our current 13-gallon bags, they are counted as two bags under the updated pricing structure, which is why your invoice reflects that adjustment.
Following that service, our team provided you with the updated 13-gallon navy bags for future use to ensure consistency and transparency moving forward.
Our customer service team has also reached out to connect with you directly, and we look forward to your follow-up so we can address any remaining questions.

My Landry is the best ever. It looks and smells fantastic... my clothes are always folded perfect and hung.. all socks
always comes back in pairs and I'm big on my no-shows.. other places always lost a Sock or too every wash it was Ridiculous I was always buying a new packages of no-shows every 2 weeks LOl .. ty my happy nest people.. stay safe..
