Do not order anything from this company. I payed 89€ for a real live painting of my 3 dogs (60 by 60 cm), one of the dogs is white/blonde and in the painting they send me she was brown/blue. The onther dog is black and had absolute no facial expression in the painting. You receive absolutely no compensation after complaining and the " not happy, complete refund" policy is a joke. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE!!!!

I’m delighted to have diamond painting in my life. Happy painting stands behind its product. I ordered 3 paintings, they took a while to finish as they were large. It was a few years before I got to my last one. I noticed I was missing a pack of diamonds. I got a hold of happy painting company and they were sent within a few days.
I’m glad to do business with a company that takes care of their clients. I highly recommend happy painting and look forward to many more art projects. Thank you happy painting store for my experience with your product!

Very happy with my order. There were issues in that my first order went astray but another was reissued immediately once the issue came to light. Excellent customer service, more specifically prompt, respectful and appropriate action taken to resolve the issue without delay.

First time doing Diamond Painting, and I chose to do a personal photo. The painting looks identical to the photo, all the little details, etc. I had an amazing time doing it, lots of fun. Quality is incredible.
Super quick with ordering and receiving. I have since ordered another personal photo to do. My first project was 40x40. The new one I ordered is 50x60. Cannot wait to begin!

My daughter was very pleased to have a photo diamond art of her cat for Christmas. It looks lovely all finished. Now looking at doing our other cat.

I have not received my products yet, but given the name of the Company I thought I ordered from Norway I would get my packages before Christmas. This is not the case and I have used my money for Christmas on nothing. Sent an e-mail to cancel my order but was told it was too late even though, according to my tracking, the parcel has not been set from China! I was told that I could return it when I got it, but what good does that do me AFTER Christmas?? So be aware!

I have bought 6 custom painting kits. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else as product is of high quality, always well packaged and looks like the original pic I have sent in.
Their communication and assistance is second to none. I had a canvas which was damaged, one email later and a replacement was on its way to me.
I highly recommend this company. Thank you for such a great service. I’ve just bought another.

I was given my diamond painting as a gift last Christmas. Due to a busy year I only started doing it in November. Some of the beads were missing so I contacted the Happy Painting Store who arranged for the missing beads to be sent to me immediately. Anna who was my point of contact kept me up to date the whole time. This sort of customer service is very rare these days. I would definitely recommend the Happy Painting Store to others.

I had thrown out part of my wife’s diamond art set by accident. So I contacted the company to see if it was possible to purchase a new set of tiles. I spoke to a lady called Anna who was very helpful. Anna contacted the manufacturer of the tiles and said that she had arranged for a new set of tiles to be sent to me at no cost. All through this process I was treated extremely well, and for a company to stand by their product and offer a replacement even though I was at fault, is very rare. A superb company with great customer service values.

I received the diamond painting as a gift.
Sadly there were a few colours that ran out and a couple that were missing altogether, however I notified the company who were very obliging and helpful and although it took a while to sort out I eventually received all the bits and finished my painting.
I'm very happy with it and would also like to praise the customer service - Raj in particular, who persisted with me to a successful and happy conclusion.

Very good company and very helpful with helping me to find out what had happened to my missing package from them. Have a great selection of Diamond paintings to choose from too something for everyone. Doing their paintings helped me to relieve my stress and to distract myself and pass time during the lockdowns with Covid. Would defintley recommend this company to others. I have already made another purchase from them. Just waiting for that package to arrive now.

Fantastic company easy to use website and more than happy to help with any enquiries that you may have and if your unsure what size personalised diamond painting to order they are more than happy to help you get the right size for you just email them your picture and they will fine the right size for you. I ordered a customized kit , when it arrived it was damaged, I emailed customer service and they replied back to me that they will send me out another canvas, also some colours on the canvas didn’t look right to me , a couple days later customer service send me out a colour sheet, I picked the colour beads that I liked and they were send to me no charge , I received the new canvas with more beads as well a diamond painting tool set , I don’t know another company that would do this for there customers, this is a company that really cares for there customers, they like to make there customers happy , customer service doing outstanding work for there customers, if there is a problem there right there for you and solve the issue, thank you so much Anna for the amazing work you did for me so much appreciated, excellent customer service,

I ordered a custom painting. It was sent in the wrong size and with the picture cropped on the sides. I contacted them, it took 2 emails and almost a week to get a response. They apologized and said they would send the correct one. I received the exact same picture! This time the sticky film was also lifting away from the canvas. I contacted them again and this time it took 4 emails and over a week to hear anything. They will not refund my money even though it is all their error!

I haven’t recieved anything yet after 31 days, besides a toll/VAT charging, that will double the total price. Nothing mentioned about that when I ordered. So much for “worldwide free shipping”.

I am very happy with my painting, the quality is very good and all items were carefully packaged.
The deliverytimes are long however (and free!), but they do warn you about that when ordering. Whenever I got impatient or worried about shipment, Raj was very kind and helpful.
