**Disappointed and Frustrated with This Defective Bike**
I really wanted to love this bike, but after receiving it, I’m extremely disappointed. The bike arrived with multiple obvious defects that should have never left the factory.
Visually, the problems are impossible to ignore. The frame has several poorly welded joints — the welds look sloppy, uneven, and rushed. Some areas show excessive weld material buildup, while others have gaps and weak-looking connections. The welding job overall is terrible; it looks like it was done by someone in a hurry with no quality control. I’m genuinely concerned about the structural integrity and long-term safety of riding this bike.
Beyond the welds, I found bent parts, misaligned components, and scratches/dents in multiple places right out of the box. Nothing about this bike feels solid or well-built. Every time I look at it, the defects jump out — it’s not something you can easily overlook.
When I reached out to the support team for help with these issues, I was completely denied assistance. They offered no solutions, no replacement parts, and no real support whatsoever. It felt like they just wanted to wash their hands of the problem once the bike was sold.
I expected a functional, well-constructed bike for the money I paid, not a defective product with subpar welding and zero customer support when problems arose. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this bike or this company to anyone.

Over all it was great.
Over all it was great. The only problem I have is something broke on the rear wheel and now it won't do over 40 mph

Was top notch no complaints from me. Exceptional service and product. Shipping was fast and on point. And the bike ex exceeded my expectations.

The easter deal made the experience great, because the cost was fair and affordable. I liked how the organization and graphic representations for the Electric Cargo Bike characteristics on the website made it appealing.
The bike has a great dashboard. Although, the number of miles does not show. Another con is that it is a heavy bike. Overall I enjoy the bike!

Horrible bikes and company. DO NOT BUY anything from them. They don't honor warranty's, give you the run around on responses or just completely ignore you. Bike completely died with numerous electric issues after 7 months old. No doubt any positive reviews are employees. Do your research. STAY AWAY

Terrible Customer Service
We bought the G300Pro for our son and gave it to him for Christmas. He rode around on it that day and then when he went to charge the battery, the charger would not work. Completely dead. I have tried to call the customer service number and then was directed to go online because it would be under warranty. So, I emailed right away and was responded to at 3AM that we'd need to do a video to show proof it was in fact not working. But we had to have a multimeter to measure the charger's output voltage!? Which, luckily we have someone that helped us with this, since we didn't just have that lying around our home, and we recorded the proof and sent them the video. We THEN got another email saying that wasn't sufficient enough per their 'engineers' that the setting was incorrect. I ended up buying another charger because the delayed responses and hoops they insist you jump through for an $80 charger are absolutely ridiculous. I would NEVER buy from them again because of the terrible customer service experience!!

The bikes arrived 5 days after I ordered it just like Happy Run said it would and as soon as I opened the box I was very impressed by how well it was packaged. The bikes were easy to assemble and the quality of the bike overall I'm very impressed by from how well it's built to how comfortable it is to ride. I've had other e bikes such as Rad power bikes that were very disappointing. The Happy Run bikes are everything I was looking for and I can honestly say I'm happy to be a Happy Run cutomer.

My product came quickly, it was packaged well, and it was very easy to assemble. In addition, the bike is very cool and fun to ride.
Shipping took about 5 days
Shipping took about 5 days, received updates from fed ex and happy run until I received the bike. It's my 4th e bike and by far the highest quality. I got the G100 pro. It rides very smooth, motor is very quiet. Torque is impressive, Nfc card security feature is great. On a 37 mile trip it took one full battery and about 35 percent of the other battery using all throttle at an average speed of 35 mph. The hydraulic brakes work well. I definitely recommend.

Whatever negative stuff you've heard about happy run its just not true. I had a small problem with a defective part and they sent me a new one in two days. It will be here tuesday.. less then a week from my original email to them. The bike is more then I hoped and the service is great. I love my g100 pro and I think im going to get a g300 next.

I purchased the Tank G300 Pro.
It arrived in just a few days and was fairly simple to assemble.
The only issue I noticed was: the wheels need to be trued.
Other than that, it is everything I was hoping for and then some.
I would recommend this product.

I had a great experience with happyrun and I love the quality of everything i got it's all top tier quality my g300 pro is amazing I got the phone mount and lock and mirrors and they are all good quality products
I purchased a G70 Ebike
I purchased a G70 Ebike. The power controller failed after about 2 miles. They sent me a replacement that appeared used, after install I rode it another 2-3 miles and the rear wheel hub motor failed. I contacted the company only to be told it was out of warranty. The manual that came with the bike shows one year on all components. They tell me the hub motors are only covered for 6 months, the problem is, I had a motor failure after only 4 months of ownership. I tried to explain to them that fact and they insist I purchased the bike in October of 2025 and reported to them the motor failed in January of 2026. They claim that I bought the bike in August of 2025. I checked on THEIR own website for my purchase and tracking, and it shows I paid in October of 2025. POOR customer service. I would not buy from them

Buy a better bike with a better company that stands behind their product
I bought this scooter for my son, which we spent about $2400, first the handlebar is broken half just with riding on the street( then the rear spring snapped, then the brake light fell apart, and now I’m dealing with a controller problem because of the brake light, a company really did nothing other than repeated recommendations, no warranty, part replacements, no credits, no expedited shipping to try to get my son back on his bike, no consideration from this company. I’m very disappointed.

We love our happy run g300 pro. I got it home and unboxed, put together, couldn't stop riding. The only problem I have is I should have bought the combo. Happy run can you cut me a deal. My wife who has never rode an electric bike loved it so much, is ready to order another one.
Awesome bike
Had an issue with shipping, customer service was on top of it. Turned out to be a non issue. Delivery was even early. Bike is awesome. We are very happy with it. My son has done alot of research on e dirt bikes and this was definately the right choice. 10/10 Highly recommend!
Faulty kickstand causing repairs to other bike parts.
Repair service and shipping have been excellent. Due to a poor kickstand that does not stable the bike when not in use has caused the sprocket and peddles to have to be replaced. 2 Turnovers on concrete and now the 3rd set of peddles, sprocket and spindles. The bike is now reading a code 30 and the rear turn signal has broken off. Too much money for so little enjoyment at this time. I also had to buy a socket to have to replace the peddles.
