I wish I could give it zero stars as their bikes are junk. I bought the g60pro for my son as two of his friends have the same bikes. Two weeks into having the bike it left him stranded and I had to go pick up the bike. In those two weeks he rode it maybe five times at most. They said it’s a controller issue. Customer service is no help. They keep saying they are shipping the controller in so many days and have yet to ship anything. After talking to the parents of my sons friends they both stated that they had issues with the battery and motors too.
Misinformation on the Website and Lack of Communication from Company
I placed the order and, within a few hours, realized it wasn't legal for our family member. Immediately, I emailed the company and started calling them. I was also monitoring the shipping and saw that it had not shipped. For days, I emailed and left voice messages. I finally got a response that it had shipped, so I could not stop the order. This is even though I had left multiple messages and emails before shipping to cancel the order. The COO finally emailed that I should send it back. That is what I will do, and I expect to get a FULL refund, not a partial one, since I canceled before shipping. I canceled the order because we spoke to our local police dept soon after ordering, and they said that the bike was not legal for our child to ride without a driver's license. The website states it is legal, but our police dept said it isn't. In our state, you can't ride a bike that goes over 20 MPH without a license. You can't just say, " I won't go over 20 MPH." I will remove the shipping complaint when I get a full refund. We purchased this for our child to ride to school during the year-long waiting period of getting a license after you get a permit. I ordered the bike after reading on the website that a driver's license is unnecessary. A bike that will go 28 MPH to 38 MPH is not legal in Florida without a driver's license.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with happy run sports for days via email and phone and so has my minor child. He lost the keys to his bike so he’s trying to find out if he can replace them. Somebody just answered the phone going off the hook screaming like a lunatic how they were on vacation and didn’t care about anything I had to say about happy run sportsand actually hung up on me so I guess I’ll be going to court in seven on your side now

Do not purchase from this company. They have no customer service, no working numbers. They sent us a broken e bike and we just want to return it and get a refund! I believe this company is a scam. Buyers BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY!

Sem the chief operator made sure I got great customer service he replied fast and respectful and when I wanted to return the bike for the kid and adult bike combo he didn’t hesitate to make sure that it was done and they arrived at the same time I’m recommending them to everyone !

Purchased the G100 ebike in March. The bike showed up defective and unsafe in several ways. The most aggravating of all is the fact that it will not move in full throttle mode without the pedals turning (Even though it's not helping to propel the bike at all at higher speeds) and even then it cuts out constantly. It's constantly beeping at me and displaying an E6 code on the screen. I've spent the last 6+ months emailing back and forth with customer service (Which is slow and mostly useless) to get parts for my local bike shop to try to fix the piece of crap. So far we've replaced the main wire harness twice, the display, the throttle, and the controller itself. Nothing has worked and it continues to not function properly. It often tries to take off without any throttle input as well (which is terrifying and dangerous). It's cheaply made and they know they're selling garbage. Customer service has refused to honor their return policy or refund me for the repairs until it's fixed (which it apparently NEVER WILL BE). It's now October and they're suggesting we replace the main wire harness yet again, and they refuse to take the bike back under warranty, refund me, or take any appropriate action to right this MASSIVE WRONG!!! Run far away from this company, their bikes are a complete nightmare and they know it!

My e-bike came with defective brakes and suspension. The email warranty they don’t respond is worthless. The e-bike G50 has a defective kick stand and falls over by itself and breaks. I would advise you against buying from this company.

JUNK!!! Run away from this company. My bike was delivered with a broken screen, and it will not charge. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. The only way to communicate is email. They are not responding. I had to contact my credit card to cancel the payment. This is a horrible company to deal with. Please do not buy this crap!

I have been trying to call the company and discuss the problems with my grandsons bike. Phone number doesn't work. Don't answer my emails. Don't answer my IM on Facebook, Don't respond on the chat feature.
Have a bike that doesn't work and can't get help. Don't know what to do.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! The bikes are great and have decent power, but they're on the tall side so be advised if you're 5'4 or shorter. The height cannot be adjusted. The electric bike came with two digital keys that look like credit cards and two small keys to unlock the battery, all a which I lost after I crashed the bike (my fault) but now my bike is not functional simply because I lost both digital keys and there is no phone number to call and the only way to get through is via email and they might respond in 3+ days or they might not. I've been trying to ask them what do I need to buy to replace the digital key and the battery keys but no response. So if you're looking for a decent fairly heavy duty bike these are great but don't hope for any customer service whatsoever after they take your money.

Got a flat that made the bike impossible to move any distance without becoming exhausted. Probably my fault due to not putting the spacer in but the front wheel doesn't roll well with it and that's that one of the reviewers ended up doing during assembly. Then it got stolen when I came back for it. That part isn't exactly the fault of Happyrun, of course, but I will fault them for making the bike so cumbersome to move in this circumstance. The thing is, it's a great bike (especially for the price) if you know what you're doing with respect to being a bike mechanic, but it's very easy to run into problems if you're an amateur like I imagine the target market is. Be warned!
