I ordered the bandage wrap. The Velcro is not on same side where it can be closed. One end looks like I have to attach to my skin cause it’s nothing to apply it to. Once I rigged it to go around me it buckled up does not lay flat at all

I ordered the tummy wrap on 9/5/21 and never got it. I wonder if Chrissy knows this is a scam. I really wanted this to help in my weight lose journey. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Even gave me on order number for nothing, just took my money.

This company sucks! I ordered a tummy band in September. I never received the item it's now February. Messaged them continuously and told them if I do not receive my refund I'm sueing them. This company is a HUGE SCAM!

Hideous scam I should’ve known. After reading everyone else’s reviews same thing happened to me my ridiculous tiny resin/pretend succulent Christmas trees arrived late January. I went to my credit card company and they refunded me and I threw the things in the garbage

I had the exact same experience with this company receiving cheap plastic crap from China instead of their advertised live succulent trees from Ireland. I remained persistent refusing to pay postage to return their junk and threatened shutting down any PayPal transactions from anyone and reporting their phony advertising. I finally got my money refunded yesterday.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a succulent Christmas tree on Nov 12 2021 and still have not received anything. The tracking shows it has not moved since Dec 12, 2021. I have emailed multiple times worried that the succulent would be dead by time it got to me and was assured it would not be. I am not even sure how that is possible for it to still be alive. This is a scam and I will never order from them again. Save your money! I will be taking this up with my credit card company since this company will not refund me anything.

Ordered a succulent xmas tree in November as a Christmas present. It never arrived. Tracking info shows it has been in a warehouse since Dec. 6. Sent multiple emails asking for my money back as I no longer want a product that will arrive dead. They insulted me by offering me $5 and then $8. I am going to pursue this through PayPal or my bank, whichever service I used. Do not shop with this company. It's a scam.

This is a terrible company. They pretend to ship things out, but in most cases they do not arrive. They also have pictures of items that are not consistent with what actually arrives in the few cases where one receives a product. They have picture of a live succulent christmas tree, but ship instead badly painted ceramic junk that arrives months later if it arrives at all. I complained to PayPal and they issued refund.

The company name should have given it away really…
I ordered a succulent Christmas tree back in November, as a present for my Garden - loving Mother. It didn’t arrive by Christmas and each e-mail I sent was answered reassuring me that this was ‘normal’ (!) I was panicking, wondering how succulent plants would survive this extremely lengthy ‘normal’ shipping time and wanted a refund, as the Christmas present ordered with 6 weeks notice didn’t arrive by Christmas!
The package finally arrived mid January containing a horrible plasticky succulent statue! A photo of the item I ordered would have been worth more!
Obviously I asked for a refund, as I wouldn’t have paid 45p for this truly awful item that cost me nearly £45!! Despite the reassuring refund
Policy, which states that goods can be returned if ‘you are not happy with your purchase’ their customer service team decided that as they had sent the correct item I wasn’t eligible for a refund - surprise surprise!!
So in summary, unless you are looking to be conned out of your hard earned cash, DO NOT order from this company!
Awful! - next stop trading standards.

Update: After a few more e-mails, I have now returned the item and been refunded in full. Upgraded from 1 to 3 as a result.

This company is a huge scam. I ordered a succulent Christmas tree back in November. It hadn’t arrived by Christmas. I emailed asking for a refund since this was supposed to be a Christmas gift and never arrived. The response I received said to wait a few days. I continued to ask for a refund - assuming that the succulents- even if actually delivered - would be dead. My daughter finally received the package on Jan 8th. She thought it was a joke. The item she received was a nine inch plastic figurine - not even remotely resembling a succulent tree. I have emailed again asking for a refund. I doubt I’ll hear back. So - heads up - this was a listing on Instagram. DON’T ORDER ANYTHING featured in Instagram.

Do not buy anything here, shop is run by scammers.
