Working here has shown me that workplaces can be balanced, full of love and laughter! We are not a typical corporate workplace, in our line of work in Aged Care, we need to be empathetic, understanding, considerate and committed individuals. I think all our staff, from our managers, to schedulers to Support Workers all show this in our work supporting seniors and the elderly live independantly in their homes for longer.
