Ordered 6 weeks ago still not received stickers. 14 emails back and forth and getting nowhere, refused refund offering to refund delivery only... Worst company I've ever dealt with

I just wish I had looked at the reviews before hand.I honestly thought it was a British company by the web address.Reading the negative reviews my questions have been answered.Ordered at the beginning of lockdown to decorate my pub so whats that 9-10 weeks ?NOT GOOD!

Don't waste your time, you're gonna wait for long and it's not UK based company as it indicates. Waiting time is between 1-2 months (in some cases more) ordered 29 April. Nothing arrived yet

Order confirmation on 28th April ..., Txt message arrived 29th supposedly from Royal Mail with link to track my order ... according to the link my order left China on the 24th April !!! China ! I ordered as all indication was this was a uk based company, I should have done more research ....no sign of my order despite numerous emails too and fro keep being fobbed off , Ive asked for a refund but that request just gets ignored ... today is the 5th June I doubt I will see this item or my hard earned money again !!! Thieves that’s all I can say , avoid this sham company

Ordered some personalised sloth stickers for my daughters new bedroom on the 20th April and it’s now the 1st June and nothing still received! Order was placed 6 weeks ago today! This is a con company as they advise standard delivery 3-5 days which clearly is not the case. Have checked tracking and still says in shipping what ever that means so goodness knows whether we will ever receive them!

I ordered over £41.00 worth of name stickers on the 5th April on the basis this was a UK company. I have had 2 emails from them stating a problem with the courier service and given a tracking number which states it is in China still. I have no idea if these will ever appear and wish like other reviewers i had researched more.

I wrote this review and forgot to post. I can finally say i received my Stickers on the 27th May. I changed my rating to 3 stars from 1 because they were actually ok and what i had ordered.

Update to Feb 2023!
I ordered another sticker as needed another grandchilds name. This time came within 2 weeks, very pleased as they seem to have got over their postal issues. They are very good stickers

I too thought I was ordering from the UK
I ordered on the 27th April and when I hadn’t recieved my items 2 weeks later
I then discovered that they were still in China , I now however have a tracking number which says that goods are in transit but it’s been saying that for weeks so goodness knows when if ever I’ll see my goods
Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered wall stickers on the 9th of March and only just received them on 6th May!

The website states free standard delivery (3-5 working days) I emailed their customer service on the 16th of March and asked them to advise when I should receive my item to be told that they had had a short break and they would ship my order out soon.

Still no stickers, I emailed them again on the 23rd march to request another update. They came back to say that my order was shipped on the 19th March but may take up to 7 working days and provided me with a tracking number which showed they were being sent from China, Instead of the UK like the website leads you to believe.

These stickers were for my nursery so I was extremely frustrated with the timescales as I had ordered them well in advance should they have incurred any minor delays (2 weeks)

However the stickers were as I expected and easy to fit, you will just be waiting months for them to arrive with not much help from customer services!!

I agree with all the other reviews, it states it is uk based but it isn't I have been waiting for over 3weeks still nothing, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, I trusted it because it said it was uk based. Don’t order from this company.

Wish I could give it no stars 3 weeks later and no stickers. No dispatch email. So emailed them and told it was dispatched. Still nothing. So emailed again and got tracking info. Which is how I found out they are coming from China and haven’t even left the country yet. It is a co.uk website but NOT UK BASED! Nowhere on their website does it state they are not UK! Feel very conned and mislead. £28 for some star stickers thought I was getting quality from a uk website. Could of ordered the same thing on eBay for a fraction of the price. Would never of ordered if I had of know. Luckily I paid via PayPal and have opened a case for a refund. Do not buy from this scam of a company. After reading other reviews they need to be shut down!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Was told quick delivery up to 10 days and it’s been 6 weeks and I still haven’t received my order!!! Every time I contact them they come up with some sort of excuse, please don’t buy from them!

Ordered on yhe 4th of Feb 2020 only just received today 20 of March 2020. Ordered from here as I wanted quick delivery. Says they dispatch in1 to 2 days. Said they were on holiday etc. Definately won't buy frim here again.

Agree with all other reviews on here. Ordered a motif on 25th January and chased a few times, 1st reply said they had returned from a short break and second said delivery takes 7 business days. Read these reviews and decided enough was enough. Reply’s were always within a few days and I have just received a refund

Only leaving 1 star because it's not possible to leave less. DO NOT buy anythging from this company, it is a scam

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Appalling. I ordered in early January. The colour of the decals I received was not as expected. I contacted them and was asked to send a photograph, which I did. No response... and this has gone on and on. At one stage I was told they would send the correct colour. Nothing. When I emailed again, I was told they were "on holiday". Feb 13th and I'm still waiting.
On a leaflet that comes with your order, they have the nerve to ask that you don't leave a bad review as they are a new business. They will sort any problems.
That says it all really....

I ordered from here as I wanted the decals quite quickly, the items were good value and they had a uk address and stated orders are shipped within 1-2 days! Over a week after I placed my order I hadn’t heard anything so I contacted them for an update. I was told that they had had a short break and were working on my order. After a few more emails I was told delivery takes 6 days as they are shipped from China. Even though I was disappointed I decided to wait for my order. Another week later and still nothing I asked for an update and received the reply “we will cancel your order” I feel the information on the website is misleading and their customer service is poor! The only positive is that I received my refund straight away!

This is a FAKE company!! They steal your money!! Wished I had read reviews from here first and maybe I wouldn't have fell in the trap!!

I had the worst experience! The shipping time was ridiculous, the stickers were packaged terribly. The stickers were creased, there were pieces of text missing, the quality is terrible.
I emailed about my experience and they were not interested at all, they were sending one word responses to me and being extreme rude and difficult to deal with.
