I was advised when I first called in that I was first in line. It took almost 15 minutes on hold to have client services pick up my call.

Second, about 2 weeks ago I filled out a survey and asked the person reading the survey to phone me to get some really good suggested about improving your transparency. No call yet.

I am so happy that I selected Harbor Legal Group for my credit card re-structuring.The settlement department people are the best at re-negotiating each of my credit card debts at least by 45%!!! I am over half through the program and already receiving offers for new credit cards! I would highly recommend them for debt consolidation from credit card companies if you are using all your limited income just to pay off credit card debt.
