Excellent, honest service!
Declan arrived exactly as promised, at 0830 and got to replacing the radiator. All through the install, had a great time chatting with him. Very friendly and professional, efficient in his work. Definitely will be contacting Harbour Heating again, for other works around our flat.
Very friendly and efficient service. Appointments were kept on time, work was completed satisfactorily and everything was tidied up afterwards.
Call out for leak from boiler. Incredibly quick response arriving within 2 hours of call to identify fault. Returned next morning with part, which had to be ordered, and fixed boiler. They fitted our boiler about 9 years ago and have regularly serviced it. We have had a couple of faults which have been dealt with very swiftly. We have also commissioned other work done to a high standard. Great to deal with and very professional.
Great experience, friendly and very professional would recommend
We chose this company as their engineers are experienced, well qualified and registered with CIPHE. Needed someone prepared to diagnose a tricky, intermittent boiler/pump overrun problem and was not disappointed.
Engineer explained all possible causes of the overrun and what needed to be done to cure it. Installed a new Grundfos pump and new Honeywell control valves, taking time to explain how the components worked together.
Bled all radiators and checked that the whole system was working efficiently before leaving. Have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely use again. 10/10 all round.
