Everything I've ordered is exceptional. Well made and I like your product

I always love the selection that you have. I purchase from you guys several times a year for birthdays and holidays for my son. He loves your cat shirts. And they're great for him to be able to wear to work because he works in a school and he is now known as Mr Catman. LOL Your sizes are true to fit and comfortable. My only drawback is the website can be difficult to navigate if I'm going back and forth on shirts.

Good selection and good prices

I ordered these t shirts for my autistic grandson who has sensory issues. He likes the material from which the shirts are made.

Ordered a shirt a month ago and paid for express shipping and still have not received it. Will never order from this place again.

Worst company i have ever dealt with made purchase on 12/15/25 I Paid extra for expedited 5 to 7 day shipping. We'll order was not shipped out until 12/21/25 and will not arrive until 1/6/26. And there excuse was the holiday. And guess where it is shipping from CHINA!!!!!! I highly do not recommend buying from them and I will post this on every review site I can find

Love the product. My husband owns at least 35 + shirts! But, customer service is non existent. I ordered 2 of the same shirts one time. Tried to reach out to cancel but nobody ever got back to me. Another time I ordered the wrong size by mistake and again no feedback from customer service. If you look back at my history of orders you can see I have a lot of shirts….. any problems, never an answer. You could work on that area. Stuck with a few non-wearable items

First it's easy to navigate around the pages. Second alot of products to choose from. Then how quick and easy it is to check out.

I should have read the reviews on Hardaddy before I ordered. I was to receive 1 free shirt and I paid for 2 shirts. Free shipping... but it never was shipped. I then received a notice that my FREE item was no longer available and I could get a voucher. (Others have had the same experience where the free item was no longer available.) The shipping info never moved from "ticket created." I received many emails asking if I would accept the voucher. I did not and asked numerous times for a full refund. After many request I did receive a refund. Don't use this company... if you want a shirt go to Amazon where you can get fast results. Horrible customer service. I felt as if I was being scammed from the moment I ordered.

I had ordered from Hardaddy before with no problems. This time, I ordered 4 Christmas shirts on November 29th. Said it would take about 7 to 10 days for delivery. They didn't even process the order for 5 days. Horrible tracking system; the tracking number they gave me continues to show "no record". Horrible customer service. Tried to get them to track my order after it didn't show up after 18 days. They keep sending me back to the same useless tracking link. Their records show that the order didn't get to a Canadian airport until day 16. No updates available. If the package doesn't arrive by the 20th, I will be asking for a refund. My patience has run out. I will never order from Hardaddy again.

It's always easy shopping with y'all. I never have any issues. (Knock on wood lol) My husband absolutely LOVES your shirts. I just ordered him 4 more for Christmas! He probably has a total of 8 or 9 with these 4 more coming!

Easy to order

I think this is the forth order I have placed with you.
All of the shirts I have ordered are of high quality and seem to be size accurate.
I enjoy finding new shirt I may want to purchase. The ordering process is easy to use.
I do wish you could improve a better way to search the different categories of shirts.

Shirts fit well quick delivery and quality materials

I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/5/25. It was supposed to arrive by Christmas, but they did not process the order until 12/12/25. When I contacted them they said they typically ship within 7-14 days. If they shipped the order on 12/5 or 12/6 I would have had it for 12/20 or 12/21. Because of THEIR DELAY, I will not receive until 12/26, the day AFTER CHRISTMAS. I made this purchase intentionally as a Christmas gift. They offered me 20% discount for the delay. I asked them to ship another out express and they said it wouldn't make a difference.
I would not recommend this business to family, friend or foe!

I haven't received my second order yet. I got my first order and love it.

The shirts I buy, are comfortable and you give good discounts

Selection was great, love the product(I own 7 Hardaddy shirts already. I ALWAYS get compliments from friends and strangers. I had difficulty adding my discount at check out (I had to start over twice) and when I did, my 30% (after spinning the wheel) wasn’t available. I took the sitewide 20%.

I had made a mistake with my order and Tracy fixed it up straight away for me, brilliant customer service.☺️
