I’m really happy with my Hardbody…

I’m really happy with my Hardbody hoodie, wrist straps, and grips. The hoodie is comfortable, well fitted, and easy to wear both in and out of the gym. The wrist straps and grips feel supportive without being bulky, and they’ve made a noticeable difference in my training. Everything feels thoughtfully made and built to last. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Delighted with my order

10/10 Every time!

Ordered twice from hardbody; I oringinally just bought a bodybuilding belt in grey, fits great, looks great and saved my deadlifts! This time round i had to get another belt (in pink) for my partner, beacause they're just that good! Also ordered some hardgrips which I am yet to try and some blackout wrist straps, outstanding, much better than my old ones (from a big brand I wont name).

10/10 Hardbody just dont miss

Poor

Got my refund you refused to do anything about, nice big sign up in front of gym to avoid too now 😉

Lets just clear a few issues correctly firstly.
A refund was never issued full stop, you actually refused to issue one, you actually said to me good luck with your refund as klarna will back us and award us the money, I didnt even want a refund I wanted a size exchange, but when your small business decided to be so unprofessional I pursued a full refund instead (all the above is in black and white transcript) for whatever reason you refused my request multiple times and I was forced to pursue a refund via a legal case with klarna, which I won because I did everything cool, calm, collect and professional. I am actually very happy with the outcome as after 40-50 days I was finally refunded by klarna, something which you could of done within 48 hours, but you decided not to. Lets be honest you didn’t aim to handle any situation fairly, properly or professionally at all, its a massive shame Ive been treated so poorly even after explaining my situation and autism where I need things to be sorted promptly and locked away so I can sleep at night, but you decided to punish me anyway, hey ho is what it is, you failed the community and my sign will remain in my gym so others can avoid.

FURTHER EDIT SINCE RETAILERS CHANGED RESPONSE:

At the time, not sure which time you mean but within the first 40days of this issue it wasn’t handled at all, but if your policy is to belittle and penalise your customers then yes that was within your policy, well done. You were given 30days since you signed for my return to issue a refund which you failed to do only then was the issue escalated after you ignored 4 emails over said 4 weeks. I also wish you all the best moving forward but I feel the need to share my genuine experience, even if its just to remind your customers to double check their sizing, sadly it never needed to come to this and it could of all been resolved easily 6 weeks ago. No hard feelings anyway.

I love how you think “You” resolved this issue professionally but I was forced to take legal action and resolved it myself, good-day pinocchio.

To be clear, we fundamentally disagree with the way this situation is being characterised. The matter was handled in accordance with our published policies and through the correct processes available once it was escalated via a third-party payment provider. At no point was any customer “punished,” “belittled,” or intentionally ignored, and suggestions otherwise are simply not accurate.

Once an order is returned and a dispute is raised externally, timelines and outcomes are no longer controlled by us directly, but by the payment provider involved. This was communicated at the time. While we appreciate that this was not the outcome you wanted initially, the resolution was ultimately reached through those external channels, as is standard practice.

We understand that delays can be frustrating, however repeatedly reframing the situation publicly, making accusations about intent, and assigning motives does not change the facts of how the process works. We have a responsibility to operate fairly and consistently for all customers, not on an ad-hoc basis, and that means following the same procedures in every case.

We stand by the way this matter was handled and reject the implication that it reflects a lack of professionalism or care for our community. Thousands of customers train with our equipment daily, including gyms and long-term users, and their experiences reflect the standard we hold ourselves to.

You are, of course, entitled to share your experience and opinions. However, this matter is fully resolved and we will not be engaging in further public debate on it.

Love my Hardbody wraps and sleeves

Love my Hardbody wraps and sleeves. Makes such a difference to my workout.

The grips on the wraps are brilliant! The colour is great and looking forward to getting further gym stock from Hardbody.

Santa was bringing some Hardbody…

Santa was bringing some Hardbody products to my 17 year old son for Christmas. I couldn't track the package and had a feeling that it wasn't going to arrive on time as other products ordered on the same date had already arrived. I emailed Hardbody and began a thread of emails with David Mc who reassured me immediately that this issue would be sorted out. The package didn't arrive in time for Christmas, but it was nobodies' fault and anyhow my son would see this as a first world problem. David informed his supervisor Stuart and the order was resent immediately. Ironically, the original package arrived the following day! My son informs me that the products are amazing quality, well worth the wait! I would have no issue ordering again from these guys. Well done and many blessings for 2026.

Blackout power stack!

Got the Hardbody stack from my girlfriend for Xmas and it is amazing she got the blackout bundle and the belt itself is worth the money not to mention the knee sleeves and wrist wraps won’t be going elsewhere for my supports now!

HardBody Review

I received the lifting straps for free when I met HardBody at an event and they have been amazing for my workouts. I also bought a long-sleeve compression top. I was worried that it would be baggy on me, as I am a size M, but compression tops tend to be loose for my size (going down a size would also be too tight for me). This however, fitted me really nicely and comfortable to wear.
