Thomas and his team are so professional and efficient and were able to carry out repairs on our apartment and a neighbours following storm related damage. We were not in Spain for the work and he kept us up to date on the progress and with photos of the work. We have used Thomas’s Harderjohansen over the past 5 years on various work in our apartment and have to say they are a
very reliable operation that have always provided us with top quality service and communications .

Thomas and his team have worked for us on a regular basis since 2012. They have installed multiple units (e.g. kitchen and bathroom cupboards, glass windows, awnings ....) and made numerous repairs (e.g. plaster replacement and painting) to our apartment. Thomas promptly responds to any request, small or large. The materials his team uses are top quality and their work is always highly professional. Following a neighbour's recommendation I used Thomas and his team to replace my water heater. Communication was great from initial contact, provision of quotation and agreement on work date. The team were very professional, efficient and tidy, making sure to clean up after the work was complete. They even agreed to take away a neighbours old heater as well as mine, cannot recommend Thomas more highly!

Thomas and his team did a wonderful job for us installing a professional grade high end pet door through our masonry. I had to find someone I could really trust because this installation required making a very large “hole” in our wall. I will say that his team did a brilliant job from start to finish. I am very pleased with their work and so are the dogs! I can recommend them without hesitation and I will use them again… you can rest easy with this highly professional team.

We had an issue with our air conditioning and after a thorough investigation Thomas recommended various different options on how to approach the issue. He explained everything very clearly. The job itself was finished to a very high standard.
While Thomas was in our apartment we asked him to check other minor defects which he fixed without any problems.
