Mixed Process, 5-Star Support
I have mixed feelings about my experience. The order worked out well in the end. The Service team was kind and helpful (deserves 5 stars). My main issues were with the process: the ordering system behaved strangely (3 stars) and it took a very long time for the item to be released for shipment (2 stars).

where are my Boots
I placed the order on the 12th Jan for snow boots and received a message to say the boots would be delivered on 16th/17th Jan. The Boots were for my husbands trip to Davos, A email came through indicating that the shoes would be delivered on the 20th Jan. We came home on the 24th from our trip. We have not received our package. We expected to see the parcel at our post box or a card from SwissPost telling us to collect from the post office as no one was home. To date, no package has been received or card to tell us where it has been left. We have contacted Hardloop and waiting for someone to respond to our query.

I have ordered two ski jackets with different sizes. Shipment was fast and payment via credit card.
Nevertheless I had to return one of the item (too small). The item has been consigned on the 08th of December according to post.ch to hardloop, and I am still waiting for the refund. No information and no support.
