Nice offer, disappointing service
The shop has a large panel of products, with interesting prices.
The service is disappointing though. I have bought a bike helmet almost 2 weeks ago, only to receive an email yesterday explaining that the helmet was not available, and that it should be available at the retailer within 4 days.
I wish I would have had this information faster as I was expecting it before leaving for the holidays.

Very slow shipping
Ordered on jul 2, received email to rate this service on jul 9, finally got an email that it has been sent on jul 12. I should be receiving it today. I don’t understand why it took 10 days to ship? Perhaps next you ask a customer to review your service make sure it has been sent first

Great service
Great service. Unfortunately I had to return the item, but the process was ok. Refud came a little late, but it came. -1 star because I had to actually return the pants. The description on the website did not mention the level of insulation e.g. gr/m^2. The pants had in their name the word 'insulated', but they were quite light on insulation.
