It is a French online company with I didn't know before. In Holland we have a similar called shop, so I ordered bij mistake. I was a bit worried about delivering and used the chatbot for information. Tis went rong ik recived misinformation. The service team picked up my question and communicated extra carefully after this. My order was send in perfect condition and to the right address. I am very satisfied with this experience.

2025-05-16 I bought a jacket, the delivery was indicated by 2025-06-04.
A week after the deadline I wrote a request to Hardloop that I still had not received the parcel, and they simply wrote back that they would check and contact me. But today they still have not responded. A week ago I asked for a refund, but they refused to refund the money.
They simply wrote:
We are currently investigating the situation with the carrier, because it seems that your parcel may have been lost during transportation. We need to wait for the results of this investigation so that we can make the right decision for you. Thank you for your patience while we try to solve this problem.
So today I have neither the jacket nor the money. And I don’t even know when I will get my money back or if I will get it back at all

They use CHRONOPOST + DPD for their shipping provider to Germany. The item keeps being marked as delivery failed stating customer not present. We have been home every day and no attempt has ever been made.
Update: Hardloop replied below stating that they reimbursed my shipping, which is true; however, that was after I specifically requested it. They did not initially offer it in their first apology email after my complaint.

The parcel arrived one day later
The parcel arrived one day later. I paid for the delivery at my address, but I had to pick it up myself at the delivery station. The delivery service claimed they could not find me at home. I was at home and nobody rang the bell. This never happened before with any other delivery.

I bought a Saferrun ripcord siren. It arrived after 10 days, and in pulling the pin which should sound an alarm ‘as loud as an ambulance’, no noise whatsoever comes from the device. I have emailed to complain, had to complete a warranty form, which has now been passed to the brand ‘for a decision’, which could take a week. Would not order from this company again.
