Ordered from them a month ago, the items never arrived. Said they were looking into it but never actually gave me an update. I have sent several emails over the course of the month but they have chosen to stop responding.

Wouldn't try to order from them awful service!!

I couldn't find one of my packages, even though it had been delivered. I had reached out to HardnHeavy for help.

They responded in a timely manner and gave me the contact number for FedEx and helped get me in the right direction. I responded that I was in a bad place medically and if they could give me more information so my call would be quick and easy with FedEx. Which they did!

This was my response to them in my email:
I just want to let you know that I did find them (the pants) yesterday when I went through packages again. I was looking for a Hard'n'Heavy package but they are a different brand 🤪

They were also rolled up and I couldn't see them since they were black material but I found them!

So all is good on my end. Thank you soo much!

You seem like a really great company to work with ❤️ You have been added to my favorites to shop from for not ignoring my reply like most companies do these days. Most feel once they send you the info, they have done their job, which isn't true.

Customer service is a failing service these days but not with Hard'n'Heavy!

I had a great experience. I stand by my review. And I stand by the fact that customer service IS a failing service these days. So anytime I DO get GOOD customer service, I let them know. Customer service reps are becoming cold and rude and unhelpful and I get it. People/Customers are becoming cold, rude and aggressive. This world is lacking compassion, love and grace. So maybe if we were all kinder to each other and less greedy, there would be better reviews out there, better sales, better customer service and better products.

Everyone gives me so much wonderful compliments when I wear my new clothes from you guys, I love how I look it feels good to express yourself in a way that's different, keep up the good work

The coat ordered was nothing like I thought. Looks really nice online but once I received it, its cheap and look cheap.

I just received my dress yesterday and it is better than I had expected. I love it so much. It took 1 week to get my shipment which is also awesome. The only thing I didn’t care for was the Shop app. Wasn’t helpful at all, but that doesn’t really matter because I love love loooove my dress.

Nothing like the ring I ordered. The ring I got is awful. There’s no stone, the words are blurry, and the style is completely different. Very upset. Was for a gift that I now can’t give. I’ll add a photo or video if I can. I don’t see a spot for that. So upset.

I ordered some trousers here that cost £25 + £10. But the quality promised to be good. The order took over a month to arrive, but that's just how it is. It turned out that these were ordinary trousers from a Chinese website, which I could have bought much cheaper, but I thought that the quality would be good - no. In addition, it turned out that the measurements indicated on the website were incorrect, and the trousers, which I ordered one size larger so that they would be oversized, barely fit me. I immediately wrote that I wanted to return them and, surprisingly, I didn't have to send them very far, just within the UK (with a separate surcharge for returning the parcel). They wrote to me that as soon as the goods were received, my money would be transferred to my account. I waited two weeks from the date I received notification that the parcel had been delivered. And then the most interesting part began... They wrote to me that I had to wait because they still had not received confirmation that the parcel had been received. I wrote again after another two weeks and got the same answer. When I wrote that the parcel had been received a month ago, how long could I wait, they told me that unfortunately my parcel had been lost in delivery and they could offer me a gift voucher. I sent them a photo from the delivery company showing my parcel at their centre, and they again started with the story that ‘their reception centre was very busy and they had not yet received confirmation of receipt of the parcel’. More than two months have passed, and I still haven't seen any money.

I love the Products, the style and the quality are fantastic, the price is good. I will order soon. Thank you very much. I am a great fan. Many greetings Günter reinsperger, austria

bought a S, was sent an XS. If you sold out of a product, keep the website updated and email the buyer before you assume and send the wrong size.

Finally received my order. The shipping was pretty fast and the product I ordered are gorgeous. Awesome!

Well, the garments that I received are beautiful and well-made unfortunately I made my order September 14 and I didn't receive the major part of my costume until October 23 and I'm still missing items. I will say that their customer service agent are very helpful and communicative immediately, but When you paid for premium shipping over a month seems excessive.

I ordered a coat, then a week later a skirt and 2 tops. They took a while to arrive but were well worth the wait, perfect fit and very good quality. I did contact Yana at customer services re the 2 tops as they didn't arrive with the skirt I'd ordered at the same time. She was very helpful and replied within 24 hours to my email. The tops arrived later that same week. My advice though would be to order well in advance if you need the items you've chosen for a specific date.

Product was good, but next time please do not use a courier (canada post) that is putting up a temper tantrum.

I ordered 4 items. I received half of the order but had to get 1 item reshipped as it was lost in transit. Yana was great with replying and making sure I got the rest of the order.

Im still waiting on the other half of the order, and it’s been nearly a month since I placed an order. The items I have received are unique, but feel a bit cheap. If the material were better quality I would be inclined to shop here again.

Ordered a bracelet.
It didn't fit and they wrote i can send it back and getvmy money back.
Payed for sending it back and never heard from them again. Don't answer my mail.
