Placed a order for quite a few pairs of gloves over a week ago. Was expecting to get them before Christmas, as they are gifts! Its still in Slovenia on 12/23! Horrible! This time of year, customers want to receive the items they purchase in a timely manner! I guess I should have read more reviews. Hope this isn't a scam.

I order two things of nail art for my granddaughters for Christmas and this was November 25, now almost Christmas and haven’t received it. Probably won’t receive them, and they won’t refund my money. What a shitshow should read reviews first I guess u get what u pay for. Could went to Walmart for 12$ and got this learned my leson.

I ordered 4 pair of gloves from this company on the tic tok shop. Tried to find a tracking number no such luck. Tic tok doesn't even have a order for me. They sent me a link to contact the person on tic tok that sold product. When I went to link it said person store is closed and no longer with tic tok. I am screwed 45.00 lost

I ordered some items way back in the middle of November 2025.I keep asking where my items are at. I keep getting the same answer for every email I have sent asking about my order. I am very disappointed. I did not recieve my order.

I guess I'm one of the saps that got taken by this company. I ordered solar powered christmas trees, set of 4 for (ad said under $25) was $30 plus change on my visa, back in November. Just got the package yesterday and there was 1 lousy tree in package. The return address on the envelope is: DAVID/LC, 3646 S. Wolcott Ave., Chicago, Il (which I investigated and is also a scam.

Definitely a scam. Im out 60 bucks. Hopefully my identity hasn’t been hacked but that’s likely the reality of this very fake “company”. I ordered something that was advertised through instagram. Maybe instagram should be liable for allowing illegitimate scam artists to advertise on their platform. I wish I had googled this crap before ordering… A simple google search will inform you that this company is a scam.

I would never order from this company again. I ordered 4 bracelets from them and I never received them. They sent me a tracking number (s) to follow. The package was mailed through the Post Office. The tracking number was bogus. I took it to the Post Office, and the PO staff agreed. Now the company sent me another tracking number, and again, it's bogus. The company will not send me a replacement package nor refund me my money. It was Christmas gifts, so I am bummed.

never had a such bad shopping experience. No return no exchange for a garbage. Extremely poor made LED lights, not even worth penny.

Bought from a different company (but the exact same add) ordering 2 bags totaling 25 lbs. tied up in Irish customs for over a month and when it was delivered the return address was in Georgia USA. The small parcel delivered contained 4 packets of grass seed totaling less than 2 ounces. Contacted the company and they offered to refund me $6.
Total scam.

I placed an order and in a week got an email saying the package had been shipped from Italy. It spent a week moving around Italy and then went to France. Then to Poland, back to Italy and after a month was in US Customs. Today it is in customs in Poland again.
Is this the dumbest company in the world or is it a scam! It has bee a month so far and no receipt of my purchase.
