I havent yet installed the parts, but unpacking was already super exciting and by coincidence they arrived at Santa's day.

The quality and even the finish of the paint (powder coatcing I guess) looks promising, cant wait to fit them into my car and hit Nordschleife.

Good quality products. Also they have needed chassis upgrade parts for lowered Mini Countryman R60.

Hardrace is a maker of high quality suspension components, their shop reacted quickly to my enquieries and customer support were quickly able to resolve my issue.

I ordered a bunch of parts for Infiniti Q60s 2014 (which in fact is just rebadged G37s CKV36).
Overall experience is good, but in some areas I would like to see a better service:
1. Site search by car model could work better, it shows only 1 item for Q60s but a lot of items for G37s though these two models share same suspension.
2. Almost no info regarding dimensions (for bushes), stiffness (for sway bars).
3. Gift t-shirt is nice, but needs have its own package. It was just put together with suspension parts like a garage rag.
4. DPD delivery service or Hardrace messed up my address so DPD wasn't able to make a delivery to the address and I had to drive 40 km to pick up the parcel.

Good things are:
Nick in the online chat responds promptly. Ones he failed to reach me in the chat, and did this via the email.
Items quality seems to be good. Paint is glossy and thickly coated. Though I can't say nothing regarding changes in riding quality, as the parts are not installed yet.

Top quality products, Fast delivery but a bit pricy

The strut bar did not fit exactly in the bolts of the top mount and we had to open one of the in order to fit. The other problem was that because it was fitted to a fiesta st bar couldnt fit the engine cover and now we removed it in order to fit...

All was very fast and carefull,even in black friday. Packaed very well

In 6 days arrived in my town in Greece in the next day I installed them and the car feel much better. Sure in the future I’ll buy some more stuff from hardrace. They are the best, if you have any questions just send them an email and they contact you in the same day and ask for everything.

The products are great, the surface finish is good, car reacts much quicker to the steering input.

I ordered sway bar, rear torsion bar, geometry correction kit and front wishbone bushings for corolla e12. Install is simple and straightforward…. And the most importnat thing, every product comes with a sticker (order 5 products, get 5 stickers ❤️)

On the other hand, delivery of one package took much longer than expected (9 working days in total) and one free gift was incorrect

Very good quality Suspension parts with a good price.
I've installed the parts on several cars and they always fit perfectly.

I bought engine and transmission mounts. Online support quickly helped me and answered all my questions (even the technical ones). The delivery was as quick as it could be (delivery to Czech rep.). Highly recommend this shop.

I have bought 4 types of different arms for a Honda CL7 and at the arrival, the pakgaging was compact, no space wasted at all. The content of each box was well secured with bubble wrap and the parts look high quality.
Since I bought so many thing, I have recieved also a free cap and a key ring.
Also, the order was processed in a fast maneer and I have received emails regarding the current status of the shippment. Initially the shipment country was inserted wrong but I have replied to their email mentioning my conecern and a person has checked and made the necessary modifications. In other words, mail support was also good.
There was only one issue. It seems like somehow not all of my contact information and shipping adress details were transfered to the shipment company. Such as phone number, building and appartment number. But I cannot say who was in wrong here. In the end I managed to get the parcel by myself by going to the shipping company storage. It was good that I could follow the parcel status on the website using the parcel number otherwise the package could have been lost or returned.
Overall, it was a good experience.
