Following up on an earlier review I posted. The company contacted me after I posted a review and I finally did get an update and my order. I appreciate their response. For future reference it would be good to be provided regular shipping updates and a reference tracking number to avoid bad reviews.

Exceptional Customer Service

I made a mistake in my order which I did not realize until I received the items. I reached out to Customer Service asking to return the items, hoping to get at least a partial refund. Instead Zoey in Customer Service issued me a full refund and told me to keep the items as a gift. This level of customer support is rare these days.
