Beware, no refund issued for online purchase for over 3 weeks since receipt of return

Beware! The company has not issued a refund for online purchase in breach of EU online trading regulations, despite being informed of the return the next day after receipt of purchased item and timely receipt of the return. I was even informed of the refund being issued, however over 3 weeks later, there is no return and seller is not responding to emails.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

As Dimitra, the manager of our online store, had previously informed you, our company was in the process of relocating to new offices at that time, which unfortunately caused delays in certain administrative procedures, including refunds.

As soon as our accounting department became operational in the new offices, one of its first priorities was to process your refund. However, because the payment had been made via PayPal, a refund request had already been initiated through the PayPal platform.

We fully understand your disappointment and regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused. Providing excellent customer service is extremely important to us, and we are continuously working to improve our processes to ensure that similar delays do not occur in the future.

Poor quality, low morals

Racist! Beware. We had a racist encounter with the store associate in Palma and have reported it to management and havent gotten a response or acknowledgment back. If you are Asian, stay far away from this brand. They pretentiously talk about protecting their customers on their site but its all for show. I will be creating a Tiktok video of my experience so people are aware what kind of company this is. No morals and no respect for customers. Ive never experienced this type of behavior at another store in my entire life.

I love the designs

I love the designs, and the quality of Haris Cotton! I visited the Santorini store, and the woman at the store was so helpful, and had such a lovely quality about her! The clothing is beautiful, and the design is just right… casual, yet chic quality! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My favourite shop assistant on the Socratus

I am going to Rhodes every year in the summer and I discovered this brand few years ago thanks to the store located on the Socratus in the OLD TOWN. I have purchased many items: long and short dresses, shirts, tops, trousers, shorts. The quality is excellent. Most of all I return every year as ther is an excellent shop assistant, LENA, she is super kind and always manages to advise me for the best. She remembers my taste and even what I already have, she makes me feel very well taken care of and pampered, without insisting, she is not pushy at all but she always finds the best articles for me of which I am super happy. It is very pleasant to shop there as I feel a bit at home thanks to Lena. Just wanted to pay my compliments on her to the company, she deserves it.

Untrustworthy & Terrible Customer Service

I find the other reviews of this company very suspicious. I bought a linen dress from this company online several weeks ago. Firstly I had to pay import duties of £95.00 which I was not expecting. The dress itself was over £240.00 - the linen was not very good quality. I decided to return the item and the instructions on the website were to e-mail or telephone the company for return instructions. After 72 hours, the company had not read my e-mail and I therefore decided to call them from the UK . They are based in Greece! I called them on 15th June 2023 (1302 UK Time) .The lady I spoke to identified herself as Maria from marketing and she assured me that she would speak to someone from the invoicing/returns department and get them to call me re return procedure. 8 days and I still haven't heard from them.
Do not trust this company.
