I am sorry that you are unhappy with the service received and the product. As you are buying from outside the UK the postage costs are higher and there are import taxes which are not included in this cost. This is stated on the website. I also cannot be responsible for delays with Customs and that they attempted to deliver your order on multiple occasions.

The product was ok although the holes in the peg top was incorrect. They should have been 7mm not 5mm. Easily corrected with a drill. Would use this company again

Bad experience!
For a repair on my caravan, I recently ordered some Whale cold water piping. It is clear plastic with a blue line to signify its purpose. It is consistent with all the other piping in the van and it took me some time to find a supplier who had it in stock. When the item was received, I was surprised to find that I had been sent standard John Guest blue pipe. Whilst it was adequate for purpose, it was not what I ordered, nor wanted. I rang them to explain and was told to return it for a refund. They hadn’t had enough in stock to complete the order. I asked if they would be sending a returns label, but the lady, who sells directly from home, said no, but that she would refund any reasonable postage amount. I returned the goods using exactly the same method she used to send them, Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. I was annoyed to then find that, whilst she had refunded the cost of the goods, the postage was not included. The order value was £7.32 and the postage was £3.39. The refund was £7.99? I don’t know how it could have been sent to me for 67p, I don’t believe it possible? It has taken up too much of my time and energy now with emails and phone calls and I have completed the job without replacing the pipe. Buyer beware!
Edit: 19/07/24 - I did indeed send an email to harlequinsvcs at gmail dot com on 22/06/2024, with postage and tracking information, and a reminder on 01/07/2024. When I heard nothing back from you, I posted the review.

I have not refunded any of the return postage yet as you stated that you would confirm when it was posted back to me and the cost.
