Last year I ordered a merino wool sweater. Harlett delivered a cheap fleece sweater. Buried under the FAQ it was stated that in case of an incorrect delivery by mistake of Harlett, that return costs would be zero. Guess what, Harlett refused to reimburse and kept stating the high cost of returning goods to be paid by me. It looks as if this webshop closed down: well deserved!

Really bad store/company. I ordered silver chain for present..person who I gave it, had it like 2 weeks and colour of silver just came off. His neck was green. How can colour from real silver chain come off. That sell it for a price of a real one. I was humiliated. I wrote them. First days they were very polite and sad to me that they will do all the best and quick so I can get my money back. Now it’s like two or three weeks…no information and no one answers me either. So don’t buy anything from them

Oplichting – geld niet terug na correcte retour. Ik heb mijn bestelling correct en op tijd teruggestuurd (nadat ik ongelofelijk lang op mijn bestelling had moeten wachten, maar Harlett.nl weigert mijn geld terug te storten, omdat het pakket zogezegd "niet is afgeleverd op het juist adres" wat een absolute leugen is aangezien ik het pakket netjes naar het originele verzendadres heb teruggestuurd. Meerdere mails en contactpogingen zijn verstuurd maar ik word steeds afgewimpeld. Dit is geen incident maar lijkt structureel gedrag. Een webshop die retouren ontvangt en vervolgens niet terugbetaalt, is simpelweg onbetrouwbaar. Bespaar jezelf ellende en bestel hier niet.

Arnaque – remboursement refusé après retour correct.
J’ai retourné ma commande correctement et dans les délais (après avoir dû attendre anormalement longtemps pour la recevoir), mais Harlett.nl refuse de me rembourser, prétendant que le colis « n’a pas été livré à la bonne adresse ». C’est un mensonge absolu, puisque j’ai renvoyé le colis exactement à l’adresse d’expédition d’origine. Plusieurs e-mails et tentatives de contact ont été envoyés, mais je suis constamment éconduit(e). Il ne s’agit pas d’un incident isolé, mais d’un comportement qui semble structurel. Une boutique en ligne qui reçoit des retours et ne rembourse pas ses clients est tout simplement peu fiable. Épargnez-vous des problèmes et n’achetez pas ici.

Scam – no refund after correct return.
I returned my order correctly and within the required time (after having to wait an unreasonably long time to receive it), but Harlett.nl refuses to refund me, claiming the parcel was “not delivered to the correct address.” This is an outright lie, as I returned the package exactly to the original return address. Multiple emails and contact attempts have been sent, but I am continuously brushed off. This does not appear to be an isolated incident but rather a structural pattern. A webshop that receives returns and then refuses to issue refunds is simply untrustworthy. Save yourself the trouble and do not order here.

Waarschuwing, oplichters ! Dit bedrijf levert goedkope prul produkten die absoluut anders eruit zien dan op de website. Het is gevestigd in Hong Kong. Als je wil retourneren, krijg je onderstaande mail. Kosten: hoger dan je gekochte produkt. Dit is niet te zien op de website. Koop hier dus niet!!!
