Email arrived 17:54 in my junk folder, had to reply before 8 am following morning otherwise it’s another 4-9 wait just to be scheduled!!!!

Baumhaus Urban Elegance
Ordered 3 items from Urban Elegance collection and not only do I ❤ the furniture but it was the cheapest price I could find and the delivery was free and I'm in Scotland. Harley and Lola provided brilliant service and communication from ordering to delivery with clear communication throughout.

Really great customer service.
I have just taken receipt of 4 garden chairs from this company. I'm really pleased with the product. But I am also really impressed with the service. There was initially a problem with the availability of the colour I had chosen, but I had excellent communication from Hans via email, and once this was sorted, my chairs were delivered within 4 days. It was great to be dealing with customer service that was prompt and efficient. Would definitely recommend, and will be using them again I'm sure.

Payment taken. No delivery
No contact. No eta for order for 1 oak office desk placed almost 3 weeks ago that is almost £ 600.
Diabolical company. The only communication I’ve had has been in response to my e-mails that confirms nothing other than to say their courier will be in touch. Not even an approximate ETA. I placed the order 2.5 weeks ago. Why is it so hard to get through when I call? The 2 times I have successful. A receptionist has to take my details but nobody, not once has called me back.
I have not heard from the logistics company either.
