I sent an email inquiring about an out of stock item. I got a prompt return email and the correction was made on the website even faster. I was able to place my order and send to someone as a gift. Superb service!
While the blanket was beautiful, they do not have a return site online, nor have they responded to my email (which I was directed to write in lieu of a returns portal). Therefore I have been unable to return this blanket, despite buying 2 colors so that I could choose when I saw them in person. This is unacceptable in 2022 -- get a return portal so we can make returns online!
