Extremely disappointed with the installation from Harmony Blinds. The blinds were meant to be made-to-measure but were installed badly to long Not fit for purpose, Aaron the Fitter Quoted "I don't believe it they've done it again Miss Measured Again" —they are uneven, and look terrible. The fitter started to cut plastic blocks to put behind the brackets that looked awful. He said we will have to come back and he's Re measured the truck an blinds again to get all New ones made.For the price paid, I expected a more professional quality and a perfect fit. Would not recommend based on this experience." After numerous Call back with new extended brackets that was black ha, so away again an again ha
Back again to re install, an finish couldn't wait to go, I then inspected all an found the 2 at eather side of Patio door Track one was 17" other was 18" and not level.
Not a Professional job.. And I got Ombudsman involved for advice.
So Think again.?

Ongoing issue since February – very disappointing

I ordered shutters from Harmony Blinds Bolton back in February, and after all this time, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The shutters in my Study and Living Room were meant to match, but the Study shutter has only three slats above the tilt rod while the Living Room has five. This makes the bottom rail on the Study shutter much larger and completely out of proportion.

Based on the agreed measurements (1083mm height with 76mm slats), there should have been room for four slats at the top, suggesting a design or ordering error. Despite raising this multiple times, the company has only offered explanations rather than a solution, and no accountability has been taken.

After waiting over eight months, I’m very disappointed with both the product and the service. I wouldn’t recommend Harmony Blinds Bolton — their attention to detail and customer care have been extremely poor.
Do not deal with these as they do nothing to resolve it. A good source told me it is obvious the shutter in the study is wrong.

I contacted British binds association to help whereby I had to provide numerous hard evidence, email correspondence and photos. However when they came back with a reply that they had two independent companies look at these shutters and unfortunately that’s how it is. When I asked for the evidence of their correspondence guess what they spoke in the phone and didn’t have it. Also following up with we have never had to deal with anything g like this before. Shocking!
Well all I can say is I have learnt never pay in full, take your time until completely satisfied.

Ian was great from start to finish he came to the house to measure up the windows for the new blinds at the agreed time and again at the agreed time to in install the new blinds I couldn’t believe he installed all the blinds to whole house in one hour and no mess great service.

Ian was as always helpful and did a fabulous job of my bifold windows and blinds for the double window. Ian sorted my daughters house blinds out a little while ago and I would recommend harmony without a doubt /

Excellent customer service from beginning to end.
From the initial telephone contact requesting an appointment to price my perfect fit blinds, right through to the fitting of the blind. Mike came and measured then came back to fit the blinds, very quick and smooth and super tidy job.
Second time I’ve used this company and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Asked for a replacement set of blinds to replace the ones we already had, to fit the window we already had , just wanted a different colour, Simples! Or so you would think.

I took the old ones down , new ones didn't fit , so I put old ones back up and am moving on elsewhere.
No particular apology, indeed the exact opposite was the case. Explanation ...?....' they made the wrong size' well I know that! Thanks for your offer to support us ...

More fabulous shutters. The front of my home is now complete. They really complement my Victorian house. This time fitted by Andy. A lovely, friendly fella. Very respectful & tidy. Simply stunning value for money. I will definitely be recommending your company to all my friends and family.

The service received from Harmony blinds and Ian was excellent! It’s not the first time I’ve used Harmony blinds and Ian has fitted them for us each time. Our first experience was that impressive my Mum and Dad ordered some. The quality is exceptional, they look incredible. We went for wooden shutters and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The professionalism displayed from both Ian and Andy our fitters didn’t go unnoticed.

Everyone at Harmony was extremely helpful all the way through the process of choosing which blinds/shutters to have, to having them measured and quoted for and then the fittings. Joanne at the office kept me informed all the way through and Ian and Andy who measured and fitted everything, both did a great job and were friendly and helpful the whole time. Would definitely recommend Harmony Blinds.

Recently has some Shutters installed.
I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and professionalism of Harmony Blinds Bolton.
The 2 fitters were very courteous, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job even though the window frames were not straightforward.
Both fitters were extremely thorough, took all the packaging away and tidied up afterwards.
Please pass in my thanks and appreciation to them.
I would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting shutters, maybe the wait is a little longer than some of the competitors however I am really pleased with my decision to use Harmony and the price was also extremely competitive.

Ian and Andy were very friendly and fitted our shutters perfectly. Could not have asked for a better completed job.

Andy and Aaron were great! They were friendly and professional, and got the job done quickly without compromising on the quality of the job. If we have another job done with Harmony, we'll request them two to come back!

The whole experience, from Mike who came out to quote measure and discuss the products available, the helpful friendly administration staff and Andy who fitted the shutters and blinds efficiently, timely and cleared everything away when he'd finished . I cannot fault any part of the process. Also I was happy with the price and I didn't experience a hard sell approach .
