This company is a scam. Their number does not exist and they will guide you to open a ticket from their website which they close the very next day and say its been denied. Not once have they responded to a ticket that I opened.

This is my first experience with a home warranty company and it has been far from a pleasant experience. Like most of these companies, the sales is a different department for existing customers. I had an excellent sales person and was convinced that level of customer service was consistent across the company. Boy was I wrong. My first issue was when I was having an issue with my whirlpool. They claimed they couldn't find a serviceman for it. This was not problematic as they stated they would reimburse me for the service call. That never happened! After numerous calls to the same rude representative who hung up on me after I requested I be reimbursed as promised for the service call, I have yet to receive that $97 reimburse. They then told me that I would only receive $100 towards repairing it because it was an older model - which they failed to mention initially. I cannot believe the level of disrespect I received. They then told me I would only receive my payment if I signed a disclosure stating I would not post any negative reviews. I will eat the $200 to warn any potential customers to run away as fast as possible if you are considering this company.

This company is fraudulent. The sales guys pressured me into buying a 5 year warranty but wont provide any service whatsoever. I reached out to them due to a leaking garbage disposal which is causing water damage to my home but they havent bothered to call back. I reached out atleast 5-6 times and I keep getting their useless customer service rep who just says 'I dont know'. I have already reported them to BBB and will be going to consumer affairs. Hope nobody buys from them again. They extremely unethical and need to be kicked out of business.
