bad with math customers

I find no problem with the product but the business ethics are very humorous - the typical capitalistic parasitical cannibalism that we so often find in doing business with anyone online - this business says you can get free shipping with a certain amount of money spent - it actually has a little blue print out in the upper right hand corner edging you on - only x amount of dollars more and you qualify for free shipping - oh and also since your a valued customer we will give you a coupon code "save10" that will take ten dollars off your order. -- so gee sounds good don't it - you get free shipping and ten dollars off all at once - well wait a minute whimpy - not so fast - here is their real deal - and how many people they are scamming must be thousands - but when you use the code for the ten dollars off - you lose the free shipping and they charge you $7.50 - ya you get the ten dollars off but then you give it back so you only get $2.50 off - so it is a psychological thing they are using to scam people mentally - because in your mind your thinking you are getting free shipping and you are getting ten off but the real truth is the best you can get is a whopping $2.50 off. Now me I think that is an unfair not above board business practice - they are cheating with their psych games - and I don't know how many catch it - I know I ordered stuff had all my details down and then seen what their deal was so I did not order - and then the next day or so I get an email about why - and I tell them I did not like the game they was playing - so they are aware of it - and nothing changed - now I would like to say I have ordered well over a 1000 dollars worth of food from them in the past - there are no complaints with the product or the delivery - well packaged - but this mind game of playing you for 10 bucks = I don't like it - perhaps I am too sensitive but they might as well just not use it - just give free shipping for a certain amount spent and quit with the childish coupon thing. till then I will buy elsewhere.
