I purchase and order a month ago and i still haven't got my order, when I tried to track it it said that there was no tracking information so I'm pretty disappointed.

I'm disgusted! Quite frankly. I purchase some aloe plant leaves and I have not recieved them. I am understanding to the fact that it may have gone missing in the post or problems with shipment etc let's say but the even bigger problem for me is the customer service I have emailed the company 3 times ans have had no response. Not even an email back to say they will look into it. NOTHING!! IM FUMING I HAVE BEEN ROBBED OF MY MONEY

It is a real shame as I have used this company for years without many issues, but the latest order was never sent and my emails were not replied to, so I had to claim my money back from the credit card company.

I have not received my order placed on 8 February. I held back on this review to allow time for them to get back to me. I have received only one communication to look into the matter on 24th Feb. No further emails from them. Do not deal with this company

Avoid, avoid at all costs, read the reviews. Lego mini figures ordered and paid for, never arrived, no reply to emails, phones never answered. Constantly asking for reviews of experience but nobody gives a damn.
