Horrible quality

Horrible quality. Product also defective. Offered 20% asked for 80% and they did no longer answer. Shoes were not the size purchased and also defective. Do not order anything from them.

You will pay $30 to return an item and you will have to ship it to China yourself.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I purchased a garment with fabric so thin that I am unable to wear it without looking like a hooker.

When I initiated a return, I learned that I will pay $30 to return and will have to ship it to China myself.

Here is an excerpt from their email to me: "To be transparent, returning items to our warehouse in China typically involves shipping costs of $30 USD or more, which are the customer's responsibility. This is why we often provide alternative solutions to help ease that burden.

However, if you still prefer to return for a full refund, we completely respect that decision. Here is the return address:

I ordered the LILY Double-Breasted Suit…

I ordered the LILY Double-Breasted Suit Set from Harper & Lane during their promotion, and what I received was completely unacceptable. The suit I got was clearly a returned, defective, and stained item. There are visible blue ink marks under the buttons on the blazer, and the overall quality is nowhere near what is advertised on their website.

To make matters worse, when I contacted their customer service, they refused to provide a refund or even a return label. Instead of taking accountability for sending out a stained, used product, they expect customers to keep defective items.

This kind of practice—reselling returned and stained clothing as “new”—is dishonest and unethical. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. Their return policy claims to be “easy,” but in reality, they do everything possible to avoid honoring it.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Beware: Misrepresented Products & No Refunds!




I ordered a dress advertised as linen, but received polyester. When I complained, the company refused a full refund and only offered 20%–50% back if I kept the misrepresented dress. To return it, they demanded I pay $30 international shipping even though it was their error. This is false advertising and an unfair refund policy — BEWARE before ordering.

Less than 1 star if it was an option

Less than 1 star if it was an option. Terrible quality of clothing- like Halloween costume quality. And the customer service is worse. You can't return anything, they make it impossible and only offer you an option to keep the item you have and get credit towards another item. So return was NOT an option. Absolutely horrible!!!

Negative stars are in order

If there was less than one star to give, I would give that. I ordered three blouses and one pair of shoes. All three blouses were sized differently. One I kept. The shoes were wrapped so tightly that they were creased beyond usability. I did read that they had 30 day returns which made me order from them in the first place, but I did not realize that I had to return the merchandise in China. We all know that it costs a lot of money to send things to China even more than the original merchandise. They did offer me in the end after many emails, 70% off of the three items that I wanted to return. So it ended up costing me around $90 for a $50 shirt. I will donate the $130. Worth of returnable merchandise to Goodwill. I hate these scamming companies that try and coerce you into buying things that you don’t want. Since there is no protection for people like us, I will have to be more careful the next time. I am planning on telling everyone I know not to buy from them And I will try and get some relief from the credit card company, which probably won’t happen. Safe shopping to you all.
